The store closes at 12, we reached the store at 11:54 and the door was locked. An indian guy working at the store came and u locked the door and said we are closed to which we replied that the store closes at 12 and we are already here at 11:54. The guy kept arguing and debating that we are closed we have to put the breads to bake and stuff like that. I really think the owner should consider looking into this matter as he claimed to be the manager of the store and also kept getting aggressive and pointing fingers. I myself work in customer service and this is not the way to treat the customers. Had he been polite and respectful we would have left irrespective of the time. But the disrespect i faced at this store today is beyond the service standards. I wont ve visiting the store anymore thats for sure. Read moreThe workers at this subways always do a great job! The girls who work here especially and the one taller guy are friendly and provide an efficient and pleasant service. There is one guy who is sometimes at the front cash, not in regular subway uniform but some kind of higher management outfit, a middle aged/older south asian man, whenever that man is there all the staff look really uncomfortable and stressed out while he leers and micronanages them in front of customers, and he is unpleasant as he cashes people out, never smiling or trying to be personable which is part of good customer service, but he acts like a bored cashier. She told me to wait for a minute, but after about ten minutes, she asked another staff member, who then said the restroom was clogged and out of order.
