Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Ontario

I have a couple GREAT pizza places near my house (..), but they don't deliver, one of the two only takes cash, and they're almost twice as expensive as Pizza Hut for the same amount of pizza. Most of the time I'll put up with that because they are worth it, but there are times where one or more of those factors (low on cash, don't have the energy to go get it, etc.) outweigh the quality bump.

Pizza Hut? Yeah, it's nowhere near as good, but it's not inedible -- certainly better than freezer case pizza you'd get at a grocery store. Trade that off against the convenience that I can order online, that I can pay with a credit card and avoid a side trip to the ATM, the fact that they deliver, and the fact that they're cheaper (even with a tip for the driver), and... sometimes you do what you gotta do.

There's also something about pizza that makes it hard to get picky about, except at the extremes. Maybe there's a little differentiation in sauces or cooking methods, but pizza already comes with something of a "thrown together" quality that makes it hard to get all food-snobby about it. To be blunt, while Pizza Hut isn’t that great, only 1 or 2 of the other franchise chains that serve pizza are even in the same ballpark (and no, the one where the pizza is waiting for you isn’t one of them) or are as good or better. And many small towns don’t have either of those. That leaves Pizza Hut and a local place which also may or may not be that good.

As others have noted on here, Pizza Hut provides an average quality pizza and other faux-Italian fare at a reasonable price. When you go to Pizza Hut, you know what you are getting and for many people who live in smaller towns and cities, that consistency is often very comforting.

Where I grew up, at the time I was growing up, Pizza Hut was the only game in town if you wanted pizza. I suspect there are still places in the United States like that, and others that have maybe only one other option.

And you know, although I prefer and love actual pizza now, I think we all retain a fondness for things we enjoyed as kids, particularly teenagers, even if we intellectually know that it's not very good.

I can enjoy Pizza Hut for the same reason even bad 1980s pop music and Kraft Macaroni and Cheese can make me close my...

Had nothing but aweful experiences from this pizza pizza.

2 weeks ago we order delivery we wait downstairs in our apartment lobby for 45 minutes and then call them where are they they said they called our phones from the car... Most places come to the door... Than wanted us to pay for said pizza. We told them to throw it out. Now just 2 days ago I was craving a meat ball sub and go there paid 16 dollars for 2 sandwiches waited in the store for our order and ate it at the table... The bun was warm at best the meatballs where ice cold. We than explained our dissapointment we got i can throw it back in the oven.. Liek that didnt make the meat balls hot the first time why would it the second time... Ohs and the best part i asked if they had any meatballs ready he said ya anf rang out the order right away. The guy gave us attitude and another worker came from the back as we started yelling at him... Apparently being upset about cold food you expect hot is apparently un heard of.

It was third party service, specially employee whoes name is Nishil don't know how to talk, behave. Zero customer service, I understand rush but the way he talked with us regarding why our pizza is taking delayed was harsh enough. He replied that we aren't their customer because he thought we are paying cash but We wanted to pay with credit.

Waited 1 hour got nothing. Unprofessionalism on the pick!

I request management to take it seriously and not just letting such things go as you store lost 70 dollars per week (which we always order) So small impact but will never come in this stores so it will be a huge negati ve to the store

It was big order from outside and he was taking Thier friend's order first...
