Taco Bell — Restaurant in Ontario

Hi, I went to pick up two orders at around 8pm on 28th Jun 2024 as I do food delivery job. One order was ready which I picked up and I told the guy who was at the register about the 2nd order and his immediate reply was in rude tone that order is not ready yet. I said ok. Then he said these are three drinks and put in the tray, then I asked him to put them in the tray, and he did so. Then I wanted to talk to supervisor about the behavior and unfortunately he was the supervisor. When he came to see me then I asked him ,that being a supervisor your attitude is so rude. Then he said that the tray is not mandatory. Then I asked that Can you carry three drinks and then he changed his version that I asked you that do you need the tray. He is not doing any favour as customer is paying for his food. I am picking up food on behalf of customer. This restaurant is running because of the customer and I feel customer is being humiliated by the behavior of such incompetent...

I ordered in the drive thru, ended up changing my order several times so i tipped the worker $10 for the headache. they then pulled me around the corner since i had a large order. whoever the lady is that was working on August 31st at 10pm she was extremely disrespectful as she came out to not only hand me the food she threw it at me in my car almost spilling my bag… i literally caught it. i was so shocked at the disrespect i received after tipping and saying thank you to her. terrible customer service, she wasn’t even the one i was dealing with while ordering or at the window either! Horrible horrible horrible. I ordered a veggie bowl. And I attached what I paid for. I called them to kindly explain that half the food was missing and there was only like 2 teaspoons of rice. And the lady who claimed to be the manager went back and forth with me claiming that that's the portion they provide which is 3 scoops. I told her that's not what I received. I was going to go back and my husband said just forget it. Not worth driving back out in construction traffic so I wanted to make sure to warn you all. Look at the food before leaving. The fork is in there because we thought there was rice underneath the other side. Nope...
