Taco Bell — Restaurant in Ontario

I stopped by here on my lunch break from work, there was no one in front of me, and one lady who had ordered and was waiting for her food. I stood there for 10 minutes while 3 workers were just walking around. The one was incredibly rude to the lady waiting, asking her what she wanted in the bag and huffing. I made eye contact with every employee, and not one came over to serve me or the line beginning to form behind me. Then, one decides she's going on a smoke break and walks right by us all. The others continue to stand there and do nothing. In the end, I just left and went elsewhere, as did a few others. If I could give this place lower than one star, I would. This is not the first issue I've had with them, and I'm positive it won't...

Very dissatisfied with the overall outcome with the experience. The service was terrible and very slow. After placing my order, I stood and waited for the order and found that other customers received their food a lot sooner, even when they ordered a larger meal and well after I had placed my order. And when asking, why they had served the other customers before my order came out, they did not give an answer and scoffed at my complaint. No apology for the wait either, after handing my order to me. To add to the turmoil, they did not give me my full meal, and I got to watch as they mishandled other customers orders. The one staff I had was nice enough but it was a difficult and a bit awkward because he was distracted by a visiting friend who was chatting over the counter. The staff here don't seem to communicate smoothly...maybe it's a cultural thing but I feel a bit uneasy. I hope they all get along well and can collaborate behind the counter.

Anyway, my order was completed accurately and I got everything I needed. The staff, though a bit distracted, did a reasonably good job.
