We have made visits to this establishment a few times over the last couple week. My first impression was a 5 star! After the encounter we experienced today with my boyfriend was TERRIBLE!!! Completely unacceptable! If I could give zero stars I would! Upon our visit this evening the server Susan must have forgot she worked in customer service! We placed our order was asked 3 times if it was for here or to go. Susan processed to tell my boyfriend that it had been a long day, he replied " its been a long day for me too". She (Susan) was having a hard time repeating the order back (it was 2 nacho supremes, 3 soft tacos no lettuce, 2 hard tacos no lettuce and a medium drink) so I repeated it back for her trying make it easier . Well that didn't work, so I told her the order on the screen was correct. When my boyfriend was giving her the cash, he counted the cash out loud she replied in a aggressive manner with "I know how to do my job" he said he wasn't implying she didn't. She then got louder and was calling my boyfriend rude (Susan, you know he wasn't being rude you were having a bad day and took it out on him!). He asked for his money back as we would not be eating there with treatment like this! Susan turned to the employee's making the food and VERY loudly told them to stop making the food. My boyfriend asked for a manager a few times, no manager ever came! Susan was WAY out of pocket! After today's experience there is NO way we will be returning to this establishment. Susan needs to freshen up on her customer service skills OR find a more fitting career. P.S. Read moreThe food is great but the customer service is HORRIBLE. i attending taco bell at 3:25am on sunday june 30th and I had a horrible customer service experience, the food was amazing but the customer service was horrendous. We were waiting at the window after ordering our food for more than 10 minutes and when we got our food it was the completely wrong order. I went back through the drive thru and the manager demanded to see my food bags, accused me of lying and did not apologize for her mistake what so ever. she was extremely rude and assuming i was trying to steal from the company when i simply had the wrong order. i ended up leaving taco bell with the wrong order due to the managers horrible service, she made us take the bag and refused to fix the mistake she made on our order. I am completely un satisfied and the customer service was the worst i’ve ever experienced. this was my first time at the Dougall taco bell and i will never be back again. Read moreGiving a zero review here. We just ordered an $83.00 online in hoping to have our order prepared correctly when we got there. Well shame on us for thinking this was a possibility. We went to pick up the food and the person picking up the food said "Do I need to open up the bags and make sure the order is correct"?And of course the employee was all smiles and giggles and said "it's ok " Of course we get home and we are missing a Triple Melt Buritto which was on our receipt. We called the Taco Bell and we're told we need to deal with this on the App...BUT! THE TACO BELL STORE SCREWED UP.....The app didn't.. " I'm sorry...you have to take care of this through the app." is what we were told. We would have driven back due to their incompetence....to pick up what was paid for , but they said we had to deal with this on the app..By this time we are fuming...AGAIN DUE TO THEIR INCOMPETENCY!!!!
