Thaifoon Restaurant stands as a beacon of high-end Thai dining, offering an exceptional culinary experience that showcases the best of Thai cuisine. From the moment you step through the doors, you are greeted by an inviting atmosphere that perfectly complements the restaurant's vibrant and sophisticated offerings. The ambiance is warm and elegant, setting the stage for a memorable dining experience.

One of Thaifoon's standout features is its extensive menu, which boasts a plethora of dishes, each with its own distinctive taste. As someone who has always had a passion for Thai food, I was thrilled to see such a diverse selection of options. The freshness of the ingredients is immediately apparent, and each dish delivers a perfect balance of flavors that are both refreshing and fulfilling.

A personal favorite is the chicken wings with the house-made sauce. These wings are simply divine – crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and coated in a sauce that is both tangy and savory. Paired with a glass of their refreshing iced tea, the combination is unbeatable. The iced tea is not only a great way to cool down the spice but also complements the rich flavors of the dishes.

During my visit, I also sampled the Sweet and Sour Chicken, which was nothing short of amazing. The dish is bursting with flavor and perfectly balanced, making it a delightful accompaniment to a serving of rice. The sweetness and tanginess are harmoniously blended, offering a satisfying contrast that makes each bite memorable.

My friends opted for the Chilly Stir-Fry Chicken, served with rice. They found the medium heat to be just right, but Thaifoon is happy to crank up the spice level if you're in the mood for something hotter. For those who love a fiery kick, this is definitely the dish to try. The flavors are robust, and the heat level can be adjusted to suit your personal preference.

Another notable dish is the Pad See Ew, which I enjoyed with extra sauce. The additional sauce elevates the dish, allowing you to savor the rich, savory flavors in every bite. The noodles are cooked to perfection, and the sauce provides a delectable coating that enhances the overall taste.

It's worth noting that Thaifoon Restaurant can get quite packed, particularly between 5:30 PM and 7:00 PM. To avoid long wait times, I highly recommend making a reservation ahead of time. While walk-ins are accepted, reserving a table ensures that you can enjoy your meal without the hassle of waiting in line.

Overall, Thaifoon Restaurant is a fantastic choice for those seeking an exceptional Thai dining experience. The food is consistently excellent, and the variety of dishes ensures that there is something for everyone to enjoy. For future visits, it would be exciting to see Thaifoon experiment with new twists on traditional Thai dishes, adding an innovative flair to their already impressive menu. Whether you're a longtime fan of Thai cuisine or new to the flavors, Thaifoon is a dining destination that promises to delight...

Reserved a table for Valentine’s Day and luckily got a spot for 9 pm because they were pretty much booked for the night. Upon arrival we had to wait for around 5-7 minutes (which wasn’t too inconvenient because we understand how busy it was) We were greeted quickly upon arrival though.

The place itself is quite compact but the vibes are amazing. There’s an open bar and loud-ish music giving it a pub and a cozy restaurant feel at the same time. The interiors are pretty.

Cocktails- The Farang 75 was amazing and quite strong! Loved the guava taste in it. The Mango Daiquiri was too much like a mango milkshake and didn’t taste any alcohol in it (it was super yummy though!)

Appetizers: The chicken satay and foon rolls were absolutely perfect!! I cannot begin to describe how amazingly flavourful it was. Just too good!

For mains we ordered the street style pad Thai based on the reviews and it didn’t disappoint!! The spice level we chose was “hot” and I was blown away by how spicy it was because there are 2 more spice levels above this. So make sure you check with your server based on your spice levels (our server asked us herself which was great)

The portion sizes looked small, but they were so filling that we couldn’t finish everything and requested a take out box for the pad Thai.

All in all it was an amazing experience - good vibes, polite and attentive servers inspite of it being such a busy night, quick service, DELICIOUS food! Just satisfied my taste buds. Worth...

First time trying out Thaifoon and there was more to be desired. Thai is one of my favourite cuisines so I found the food to be quite mediocre in comparison to family owned restaurants and the “higher end” Thai spots. When comparing to those nicer Thai restaurants in the GTA, this one falls short in taste and atmosphere.

We got a platter of appetizers, each had a main and bought cocktails, bottles of wine and beers between 6 people.

The service was the strongest part of the experience. All the staff were polite and prompt despite a couple small errors. The errors did not ruin the experience. They were quick to respond.

The appetizers were mediocre and relied on the dipping sauce to bring the flavour up. The green curry was standard and not spicy (if you’re used to spice), pad thai was okay, and the peanut pasta/rice was not good - I would not order that again as it was thick and bland. There wasn’t anything memorable that we tried. The thai caesar drink was pretty decent and light.

I did like that they accepted all kinds of dietary restrictions and were really accommodating. Food and drink didn’t take long to come out. Again, service was awesome.

The atmosphere wasn’t bad, it is dark in the back half of the restaurant. All in all, I think if you’re going for the food, you’ll get better options and bang for your buck at an authentic family owned spot in London. If you’re looking for an aesthetic night out, this could be a...
