I recently visited Burger Priest, and my experience was a bit of a mixed bag. Let me break it down for you:
First off, I have to say that the burger I ordered was not too bad. It had a decent flavor. The ambience of the restaurant was quite nice. It had a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The staff at Burger Priest were friendly. However, here's where things took a bit of a turn. My order was messed up not once, but twice. I was given the wrong burger initially, but the staff promptly corrected the mistake. Unfortunately, by the time I received my burger, it had been reworked three times, and it ended up being a bit squishy. This was a bit disappointing, as I had to wait longer than expected for my meal, and the final product wasn't as fresh as I had hoped.
The fries, which are an important side dish to any burger, were rather mediocre. They lacked that crispy, golden perfection that can elevate a burger joint's overall experience. It would be great if they could improve the quality of their fries.
On a positive note, I do have a couple of suggestions for Burger Priest. It would be fantastic if they offered an option to build your own burger, allowing customers to customize their orders to their liking. Additionally, introducing eggs as an addition to customize the order could be a unique and tasty option that sets them apart from other burger places.
In conclusion, my experience at Burger Priest had its ups and downs. While the burger tasted decent and the ambience was pleasant, the multiple order mishaps and mediocre fries left me somewhat disappointed. With a few improvements and the incorporation of some customization options, Burger Priest has the potential to elevate their dining experience. Overall, I would give them a...
Read moreI was a little worried about all the negative reviews but my wife was excited to try it. Sadly they were not wrong and this was a huge waste of time and money.
I should have known when they gave me my dine-in order in a to-go bag that the McDonald's level quality of the restaurant was just getting started.
I ordered a simple Low Priest and my wife got a meal with cheese fries and a bacon cheeseburger. I don't know what special sauce was on my burger but all three drops of it didn't seem to flavor anything. All I could taste was the paper thin burger and the half slice of cheese they managed to get on the burger. While tasty, I can't imagine why 4 ounces of meat cost me $7 when I could get three of these exact burgers from the value menu at Wendy's.
My wife wasn't as disappointed with her burger (though she had the same child-sized amount of meat), but her "cheese fries" were a real shame. It was a regular order of fries jacked up to $6 for the fantastic privilege of a thin layer of grated brick cheese entirely on the top and chilled solid the moment it touched the air. This combo, despite the "combo" poster image above the register, comes with a can of your preferred drink rather than a fountain soda.
This place is not exactly conveniently located. So I really appreciate how they put so little effort into the very few customers they had last night. The best thing I can say about the place is that the restaurant was nice and warm and not all the...
Read moreI would have liked to use their internal review system that they had a poster for, however it wouldn't take me to any web page.
I've ordered from here twice before, both times using a delivery service and both times, my order arrived correctly, with my instructions of no sauces or condiments followed. This evening, the first time I have actually been into the store and did not leave with a great impression.
I did my usual DBL Low combo order, stated no sauces or condiments please. Received my order, most of the fries were overcooked, however they do get a positive for having fresh cut fries. Second, the burger I received had their sauce on it. I politely took it back and made them aware of the error, which they were happy to correct; positive #2. While they were remaking it, I was told very bluntly what I should have ordered if I wanted it a certain way. The item that was remade for me was a different burger, missing one patty, the tomato, cheese, with only lettuce and onion on it.
Either the staff doesn't know how to follow instructions, or the they don't know how to use the POS when inputting the order, or a combination of both. NO SAUCE OR CONDIMENTS...not that hard, or so you'd think!
Unfortunate, I was looking forward to this $19 treat after...
