Was in the drive through this morning - 1st october 2024 at around 7.45 am for a very simple purchase (2 coffees, 1 breakfast option and a crossaint) . Usually this location always gets the order wrong but its right on my way to work so I usually just take the wrong order and move on however this morning I really was hoping to get the right order. I ordered at the window and made sure I spoke clearly despite being rushed by the lady I was speaking to, even over hearing her very sarcarstic remark "oh i guess not" when trying to finish say my order out loud. When I drove to the pick up window, I asked my wife to double check the order and ofcourse it was wrong again. I informed the lady it was the wrong order, she grabbed the food item out of my hand and said it was what I ordered and closed the window... my wife and I were kind of shocked as we were very polite about it. When she reopened the window, she very rudely said all 3 persons with headsets heard us give the wrong order and hurridly started rushing me away. At this point my wife was wondering if this person is mentally well or having a really bad morning. I asked to speak to the manager as she was being extremely rude. She responded saying her name is Carmen and she is the manager. At this point I chose to park and come inside to speak to the manager as I did not want to hold back a line of customers. When I came inside to speak to her, she informed me she is busy and wont come to speak to me. I waited for 5 mins before letting her know I have to head to work now, I am extremely dissapointed in the horrible attitude from a manager and will like to return to speak to a manager. She shrugged me off saying pass back at around 2 and continued to ignore me. At this point I left absolutely disgusted by the horrible service from a "manager". Pretty sure the wife and I will go from every day customers to making the drive to somewhere with better service, I definitely expect better from a manager representing the company, I suspect she has had little to no training in conflict resolution or management training in general. Read moreToday(April 6 2024)I went through the drive thru at 25 Colborne St E, Orillia, ON L3V 1T4 at 11:50am ish. There was a sign saying the debit machine wasn't working which was fine because I had cash on me. The person on the other side told me to wait a moment. After waiting 5 plus minutes, they told me the machines were down and that they have to close the drive thru and I will have to come inside. I told them I had cash but yet apparently they couldn't take it bc of the machines (which doesn't make sense to me because they could've gave the cash towards the walk in till so that me, and the three cars behind me could still get our orders in a timely fashion, but no). I tried to go inside but there was a line up out the door and wasn't ready to wait another 5-10 minutes as I was already late for work. I left very frustrated and displeased with the poor customer service that was executed...

Came here with my fam two weeks ago for 4 cups of coffee, and staff took 10 minutes for coffee… it was strange that they gave us regular cups under the RollUpTheRim cups, we checked the cups before we left the drive thru and the promo cups were unraveled and dirty .. the girl said the lids did not fit on the rolluptherim cup so we put it on the regular cups instead, I said you unravelled the promo cup that’s why it’s not going on smooth.. we demanded a new coffee with new cups that were not dirty on the edges, disgusting and unprofessional, caught and put them on the spot, who knows how many other cups they’ve touched and unraveled, never coming back to this...
