Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Ontario

Gonna go with a 3 star. Ordered ahead on app in the morning to be ready 15min before work (work down the street). I arrived there but had to wait over 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me waiting for a mobile. No one else came to order during this time except one person in between me waiting. I finally got their attention and got my food. Now we are close to running out of time to eat and I see that the wrap I ordered with no chipotle as the wife can’t have anything with spice/pepper in it and found it had it despite using mobile which should make it pretty clear - that and the fact that they weren’t busy/in a rush.

Anyway, despite all this we called into the store and explained the situation. They were very good on it and will offer us 2 wraps to replace them at our convenience. I ate both wraps and they were well made and one of the better ones I’ve had. The store is also very spacious which is quite convenient. Had the order not been messed up and had the delay it would be 5 stars but them honouring the issue was much...

The cashier at the drive-thru used her winter mittens to retrieve my timbits that she was using while handling cash and came back after ordering 20 strawberry filled timbits , her mittens were covered in powder and strawberry jam she didn't even use wax paper or gloves my tidbits were covered in wool and hair after seeing that I went back inside gave back my timbits asked for new ones then I seen the manager holding the mittens in her hand covered with powder and jam with an upset look on her face I asked her to come here explained to her what had just happened she told me mistakes happen and that they would get me new ones I said that's not a mistake she should know better than handling donuts with mittens on especially after handling money at the drive-thru then serving donuts with mitts on no gloves just some furry mitts. Unbelievable the worst and grossest customer...

This tim hortons at the 611 truck stop in kingston, ontario has the worst customer service, I have ever seen ! Today, 5 working behind counter, one finally takes your order, mine was a cup of tea, and a doughnut, which she gave to me, when I paid. Now I wait at pick up area for over 5 min. For my tea, one guy is mopping the floor behind the counter, the other 4 were in the back, one on drive through, finally I had to yell if someone could get my tea.just a moment from one of the girls. A couple more minutes.i finally got my tea.Oh yes, I was the only customer, inside the store at the counter. I was told 5 people walked away, for no service, I have been at this one while I get my gas, it's always the same, you get one moment mam, turns into awaiting game. It's a shame it's only been open five months, terrible customer...
