Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Ontario

Its sad i have to give this a 1 star. I went to a tim hortons on ouellette and i ordered my regular bagel i get every morning ( jalepeno bagel with tomato, cream cheese, smoky honey bacon) this normaly cost me $6.50 with the coffee (large double double) it comes to $8.88. I went to the one on oullette today to get it and she (manager) was agruing with me tryung to charge me for a smoky honey bacon sandrwich ($8.45) which is not what i asked for. She told me when ever you add the smoky bacon you need to put it in a sandwich and add the tomato. I have gone to other tims and they dont do it that way. This tims is over charging and very rude. She would not hear me out and could not answer why other tims will put through what i ask and not the sandwich. Please tell me who is in the wrong. I will never go to that tims again i will drive out of my way to get my bagel with the lack of customer service she had with her rudeness. I will never go to...

Worst Tim hortons in Canada. The staff is very unprofessional and rude ( even the lady who tries to be over the top nice on the monitor ) when you get to her shes extremely rude. Your order will never come out right. Ever. I ask for a double toasted bagel several times with butter and it’s not toasted and the butter is hard. I got a bagel today and it had bacon grease all over it. The wait times are ridiculous. Don’t expect to be in and out. The drive through in the morning is out of this world. I ended up pulling out of the drive through one day and going inside and there was only one customer waiting and I still stood there for 7 mins and ended up walking out. There were 4 ladies crowded by the drive through window all on top of each other and one girl at the counter. They still managed to have a line up like I’ve never seen at the drive through. I live near this Tim Hortons and I have tried so many times to give them another chance and I know that I will not be ordering food from this location ever again. Every single time I go the food is never made as it is requested I asked for a bagel Double Toasted with butter and peanut butter I ended up with a bagel that has been pressed in The Panini Press with peanut butter using out everywhere when I ordered a English muffin Double Toasted with peanut butter I ended up with a squishy English muffin not even toasted which I cannot eat this is a repeat affect every single time at order food from this location.
