This had to be the worst breakfast experience I have ever had. I went through drive-thru on a Sunday morning at 10am with only one person ahead of me, expecting an easy time. The drive-thru employee could barely speak English or understand what I was saying. Fortunately, after a few minutes of trying to get a simple order for an egg and sausage sandwich, side of French toast sticks and a coffee through, the employee was randomly replaced by the supervisor who promptly took my order. When I get to the window, he tells me the coffee is on the house for the trouble and hands me a small bag, and shuts the window quick before I can say anything. In the bag were only the sticks, no sandwich, and my coffee was old and not prepared the way I asked. I go inside to bring up the issue of my missing sandwich, with no one but me in the restaurant. I am seen by the supervisor and the other staff member present only to have them ignore me for 5 minutes before I finally get asked what I want. I ask for my missing sandwich, and without any trouble received one, however it was the worst thing I've ever had in my life. I swear it was entirely mayonnaise and a half of an egg slopped on top. Absolutely despicable conduct. Not only did they pull me and the car ahead of me to wait for our order. After I drove home I realized not only is there no straw, napkins or receipt…but the chicken was rubbery and RAW!!! YES R.A.W!
I drove back to get a refund and didn’t get a single apology! The “manager” tells the employee after I pressed the rubbery chicken sandwich in front of her “it was fresh chicken”.
What would be my incentive to drive back after I got home with the full untouched meal with just two bites out of the sandwich to ask you for a refund then?
I have reviewed COUNTLESS restaurants and have NEVER experienced anything like this! This could kill someone and the manager has an attitude and basically insinuating I’m lying on top of it.
I will for sure let corporate know about this.

I get it), i called about it as i had got all the way home on the bus before i noticed, and they offered to replace it next time i came in. I came back tonight for my replacement burger, only for the manager to kindly comp the rest of the meal i ordered in addition. As i was leaving to catch my bus, i received a call telling me it was likely made wrong again. He invited me back to swap it out for the correct burger and offered me a free frosty on top of that. The manager on shift this night went above and beyond to assist me and that kindness will not be lost on me. The least I can do is leave the store a good review.
