This is the first time ever writing a review and i am not usually someone who complains as i am a server myself, but i am not over the moon with my experience. service wasn’t bad, and food was amazing. i ordered a drink that was extremely salty and had called over another server to inform her about it since my server was very busy, she had informed me that multiple people complain about the drink and it would be taken off the bill. after that she brought me a new drink for replacement. when i got the bill i had felt bad for complaining since i know it is not the servers fault that my drink was salty so i had tipped over 25% for the inconvenience, later realizing i was charged 15 for the drink that was taken from my table, and another 15 for the replacement. when i brought this to my servers attention she had told me that they cannot replace drinks as every drink tastes differently and her other customer ordered the same drink and “loved it”. i would not have a problem if i was told my drink was not replaceable and i would have to pay for it as longs as i could finish it, but for it to be taken from my table completely full and still have to pay 15$ for it is ridiculous. Like i mentioned i do not like to complain as i know it’s not the servers fault so when i complained i simply let the other server know if it could not be replaced i would just take a sprite on the side to sweeten it up but i was reassured it would be replaced. all i wanted was my drink back or the 15$ i was forced...

Hold onto your hats ladies and gentlemen!. There is a manager named Guneet at this location that you can’t miss. And he never misses either!. The most spectacular service I have ever received. This man has the first impression of a pure saint and dedicated humanist with manners and consideration I have ever seen. His etiquette and professionalism is top notch. I have seen high end places located across the globe and never seen such dedication to satisfy the customer. The first impression and every other right to the end of your visit makes you feel so valued it made us return the next day just to get his name for this review. We are appalled by this gentleman. Upper management please recognize Guneets efforts to uplift and satisfy. When we tried to tip and he was so humble and refused with a comment of I just love to see everyone smile and well was heartwarming. If you see this review Guneet, keep up the exceptional work and efforts. You are a man of honour and exceptional manners and overall perfection. We will be returning to this province just to see you again and if you are in a higher level or position we will look for you to personally see you again just for the perfect human you are. Would not go back. If you want to have a dine in experience like a McDonald’s play area this is your place. Not impressed at all. What restaurant has a play area set up in one of the old booths?? Not only that, one of the workers 3 kids, 2 of which were like 5-6 years old were just left there unattended. Nothing to entertain them but a wooden toy thing. The kids were so loud and rambunctious, jumping up and down on the seats, chasing each other at one point. And then sneaking up on people dining. What is this??? NOT the time and place to bring your kids in and leave them unattended to disrupt others’ dine in experience. I could see other customers looking over like whose kids are these?! My whole hour and a bit dine in experience was listening to kids shouting, and bouncing around. They were right in my view too. And then once I complained someone took them and loaded them into a pick up truck and left. Like what?? Do you just show up to hang out with the workers in the back and then leave your kids out front like it’s a day care??? The service wasn’t great either, and it wasn’t even that busy. Waitress didn’t even come to check how our food was. I got my refill when I was one bite away from finishing my meal. Take the damn play area away, it’s not a McDonald’s. Spent $60 to sit and watch kids bouncing...
