Eva (manager) was insanely rude. We confronted the cashier about payment issue because we scanned $1 coupon but it didn't scan. The manager was quick to jump in and say not to blame the cashier for it not scanning which we did not do. Instead of simply explaining that the coupon didn't scan they kept saying it did scan for the ice coffee which was ALREADY $1 which is what we were telling the manager. She went on to say "they're not getting it just give back their money." As if we don't know English and seemed to be racist. Customer service was disgusting coming from the manager herself. To think there are employees working under this woman is a disgrace to McDonald's and it really explains why these people are getting replaced by machines. Read moreorder lunch off skip the dishes, and mcdonalds put the complete wrong order in the bag but with the correct receipt taped to the bag so skip the dishes did their job correct, call the McDonalds spoke to a "manager" who would not provide his name to me when I asked. asked about the mistake he tells me he cant find the order number in his system and that I must of ordered it from a different location, when I told him I watched the skip driver pick it up at this location he then proceeded to find the order in his system and told me to call Skip the dishes for the refund... and its not his problem and that skip has to cover the cost of their mistake!!!! Does not even make sense and now I have to go through the robot chat with skip to get this issue resolved, no apology or anything from said "manage" just passed the buck to skip the dishes even though his store put the wrong order in the bag...

WE’VE all been there however leaving the food to get cold while trying to teach the new workers how to make coffee was frustrating. When my number was finally called 10 min later with no line I asked for a sweet and sour sauce to be told “ it costs money” meaning I have to pay …. If McDonald’s is now charging for sauces why isn’t it an option during checkout . By this I mean an added pop up saying any specialty sauces to add to order . Anyways I wasn’t going to put 20 cents on my debit card after spending over $20.
