McDonald's — Restaurant in Orangeville

I just wanted to bring it up to your attention that McDonald’s Orangeville (23 Broadway street, Orangeville, L9W 1J6) is doing Discrimination with Skip Drivers. What they did is they closed washroom access specifically for skip drivers. Which is totally not fare with us as we are picking up order on behalf of McDonald’s customers. They put a notice on the washrooms and I am attaching picture of that.

For their excuses If they did it because of Covid-19. It doesn’t make sense to open washrooms for everyone else but Skip drivers. And I saw they don’t keep a record of contact tracing information for the people who doesn’t do dine-in but use washrooms.

What happen with me was they sometime takes 20-30 minutes extra for Skip the dishes orders. Last Friday they made me wait this long and I had to use washroom and they didn’t let me. I couldn’t even leave the place as I was waiting for order which made so uncomfortable and I couldn’t doing skip order and I had to go home. Please look into it because it is matter of discrimination towards one particular community. Either, they should open washrooms for everyone or no-one.

This is totally against the human rights because I am working for McDonald’s too and my Resturant doesn’t say courier drivers can’t use washroom

If they think that only essential workers risking there life then they are wrong we are also risking our life’s too

In the end I just want to say one thing if you can’t appreciate them then at least don’t hate...

BEWARE OF A STAFF NAMEED TAMARA....So , I went in there today with 3 kids of different ages. I was standing in line and waiting for my order while my kids waited with me . INFRONT OF ME WAS A WHITE CAUCASIAN MAN WITH HIS WHITE CAUCASIAN CHID. SHE WAS WEARING A PINK DRESS , VERY CUTE . Anyways the employee saw her and gave her a coloring sheet and said IT WAS FOR HER BECAUSE SHE LOOKED SO CUTE . WHILE MY CHILDREN ARE WWAITING THERE AND ARE IN CLEAR VIEW. ANYWAYS , I LET GO. THAN THE KIDS WENT INTO THE PLAYAREA . IT WAS BUSY. THAT SAME EMPLOYEE CAME IN AND SPOKE IN A LOUDER VOICE THAT ANYONE WHO WAS NOT WEARING SOCKS NEEDED TO LEAVE . SO NOW I HAVE 2 KIDS WITH SOCKS AND 1 CHILD WITHOUT . ITS SUMMER TIME WHO WEARS SOCKS?...SO I KEPT MY LITTLE ONE OFF AND GAVE HER ICECREAME WHILE SHE WAITED FOR HER SIBILINGS . THE LADY NAMED TAMARA , CAME BACK AND SPOKE TO ME VERY RUDLY THAT I NEEDED TO LEAVE CAUSE ONE OF MY KIDS DIDNT HAVE SOCKS. SHE DIDNT SAY LEAVE THE PLAYAREA , SHE SAID LEAVE MACDONALDS THE RESTURANT . I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGAER AND SHE WALKED AWAY . I EVEN EXPLAINED TO HER THAG MY CHILD IS NOT ON THE PLAYAREA. THE MANAGER CAME AND SPOKE VERY KINDLY AND I TOTALLY UNDERSTAND ITS FOR THE SAFETY, BUT THERE IS A WAY OF SPEAKING TO CUSTOMERS. TAMARA NEEDS SOME TRAINING. The manager was very professional. Threw my food in the garbage, fries out the window. Big mac smelled very bad…like smelly feet. Fries were white and limpy. Coffee was cold. Girl on speaker was rude and asked if i wanted dipping sauce for the mcnuggets. I feel sick! Asked for a blizzard skór with fudge on top, got a cookie one with chocolate mixed into it. The fruit drinks taste like they put Jam in them. I am not eating there any more. So gross. Ok so found something in my bigmac….oh lord. I feel like its personal now. Whoever the cook was should be fired forever. This is the second time i have paid full Price for rotting food here. Im sure there was a hair in the fries. These people do not eat here. That is obvious. They do not know what the food is supposed to be like! Its so bad i cant possibly complain formaly. I feel like they will be hung. And the coffe has been cold for a month now. What do they do?
