Fresh Burrito — Restaurant in Oshawa

I’ve had nothing but issues the last 3 visits I’ve been here at this location. I will start with the only positive thing I have to say; their food is okay. However, 3 bad things I’ve noticed on my last 3 visits; 1: the service is terrible. I came in to order a chicken bowl. Not even half way through, the employee stopped to take someone else’s order and got 2 Uber orders and disregarded me and left my food sitting for 5+ minutes even though I placed my order first. By the time I got my food, it was cold. 2: They do not like giving a good portion when it comes to meat. They give little to no meat at all. 3: I came in to order with my girlfriend and it smelled like sewage even other customers noticed and it smelled really strong so bad my gf and I had to leave the store. 4: I called before hand to ask what the daily special was and the man said chicken special on thursdays (it was Wednesday at midnight so technically Thursday) and said he can do chicken special for me. When I arrived at the store, the same man told me he cannot do it for me anymore and that I would have to wait until their next opening to get chicken special. In my opinion, for the price and quantity, you’re better off going to mucho burrito or bar burrito as they give you a lot more meat and don’t give you little to no meat. The staff is also better and better service. I’ve been a good customer to this place but the past 3 visits will be my last. Very disappointing. I would avoid this place and try any other burrito place is possible. I’ve never seen such horrible customer service and fighting with me over meat quantity when they barely put any at all and yet I’m paying extra for it.

Update: the owner saw my review and disregarded it while replying to others.. clearly the management doesn’t seem to care about what his client’s experience are and doesn’t know how to run a business. Very poor etiquette and...

One of the worst experiences I’ve had ordering food online.

I ordered through the DoorDash app. Food arrived at a decent time. I ordered the “Supreme Fries” with corn, chives, and sour cream, as well as the “Steak Tacos” with lettuce, cheese, green onion, cilantro, sour cream and guacamole. Almost everything in my order was incorrect. The “Supreme Fries” were cold and not crispy. They came with only sour cream on them. The “Steak Tacos” were made with chicken, and didn’t include lettuce or guacamole (which i payed extra for). There was also a small amount of tomato added to my tacos. Tortilla shells were stale and tasted old.

I put the option in the app to cancel my entire order if they didn’t have what I wanted. Obviously this was overlooked by the employees. Very infuriating experience. Worst part is, I can’t even get a refund. All I was offered was $6 of...

Ordered for the third time today and was so disgusted I had to returned the whole order minus a burrito. The tacos were so soggy you lift it and it fell apart some had barely any meat and the fries were burnt . Came into store and girls said it would be 4-5 mins for the order to be remade then they tried to give me fries that had been sitting there for 15 minutes so i made them make fresh. They dont know what they are doing they spent more time laughing and talking then they did. Preparing orders i had to wait 45 minutes which is ubsurd. . And the cross contamination from the one girl was wild. Thankful she didn't touch my food . This is absolutely a repulsive experience and we wont be back. These workers need some training. Avoid this place. Because again the food is cold. They take too long dont have a clue what they are doing. A real disappointment. Im going...
