Mama D's Jamaican Cuisine By Bailley — Restaurant in Oshawa

Walked into this Resturant yesterday with hopes of purchasing dinner. I was not even greeted by the front women she had the most unpleasant face, the nastiest attitude and seemed like I ruined her day by wanting to support her business. Correct me if I am wrong but my goodness if you own a business shouldn’t you want people to buy food from here? Resturant smells great!! But after the awkward encounter, and the looks I received I will most definitely take my business elsewhere as this establishment doesn’t care to have customers. Tip for the future tek yuh nasty attitude and yuh crosses face and fix it. Not a pleasant look for the face of this...

I’m going to give this 1 star - the red pea soup taste bun up and had more bones in then chicken ???? The jerk pork is just blacken pork with no flavor at all even the oxtail gravy was just brown gravy ? Might be good if you don’t know Jamaican food but this was so flavorless - I feel like I want my money back ……. Disrespect on behalf of all Jamaicans - I miss Scarborough so bad 😩

I visited this restaurant couple weeks ago and I was very disappointed with my experience. The prices were extremely high, and I felt like I didn't get the value for my money. The servings are not promising and one order won't even be enough for one person.

Moreover, the service took an incredibly long time, and my food arrived cold. Overall, I was not happy with my visit, and I will not be returning to this...
