Pita Pit — Restaurant in Oshawa

So it's rare that I'll bother leaving a negative review because everyone has bad days but WOW. Firstly, there was only one person in the store when walked in and she was trying to explain her order (just a chicken pita and chicken cesar, nothing complicated) and had to repeat herself several times, then had to do it again 30 seconds later when the girl grumpily apparently forgot and asked her for the 4th time what the order was after punching it in. The service was just as awful for us as well. Barely spoke to us, forgot the order multiple times (just two standard pitas), didn't prompt us to pay and just let the machine sit there while looking at us. I didn't realize she had ever finished putting in our order because she kept asking what it was. The girl in the red shirt could not have cared less or been slower about anything. The girl in the black was clearly frustrated and tried to make up for it, was helpful etc. and she was nice, but the other girl sealed the fact we won't come back. I've been to this location twice in the past couple weeks. It's large and bright. I've so far tried a large wrap, small wrap, bowl, smoothie, halloumi sticks, buffalo bites and a pepperoni Mozza Twist. The wraps are made perfectly and custom. You can have any amount of toppings and sauces.

Make sure to ask them to grill your veggies. I went with grilled onions; So good

The buffalo bites are delicious. Huge hunks of meat and you can pick whichever sauce you want. They paired well with the chipotle sauce.

The halloumi sticks were salty. Definitely eat quickly! Again you can choose any dip to go with them. We went with tzatziki .

Personally the pepperoni Mozza Twist was just meh. Mine was a little hard and mediocre. Everything else was great though.

I ordered a buy one get one halloumi and falafel wrap and requested that certain items that came on it be put on the side instead. When I took a bite of the wrap, I got a mouth full of the hot peppers I had requested to be left off. I then decided to open the wrap, and found that there was about one square inch of falafel in total on it at the very bottom! I called the store and got a hold of a worker who clearly did not care, and told me that that was the normal amount of falafel to be expected on the wrap, and said it must have just been a ‘miscommunication’ that she left the hot peppers on it. It didn’t even come toasted! These wraps are supposedly $15 a pop, so don’t waste your money, and instead get something way more worthwhile elsewhere.
