I had an incredible experience at this Subway location—my first time here, and it truly exceeded my expectations. I'm usually the guy who asks for all the vegetables and every sauce, and I've had issues at other locations where they’ve told me, "It's not our policy." Honestly, that kind of response is frustrating, especially when I even offer to pay more. Their excuse of "the sandwich won’t close properly" has always struck me as weak. After all, isn’t closing the sandwich part of their job?
However, this location completely changed my perspective, thanks to an exceptional employee named Jagwinder. Jagwinder is, without a doubt, the best Subway employee I've ever encountered. Not only did he honor my "all sauce" request without hesitation, but he also went above and beyond, enthusiastically layering 2-3 generous lines of each sauce on my footlong tuna sandwich. Not those one liners—he made sure I had the most flavorful sandwich of my life.
Moreover, Jagwinder was incredibly patient with me when my gift card wasn’t working. He didn’t just dismiss me or make me feel like a burden; instead, he kindly offered to help me with the physical promo codes I was holding, which most employees would have shrugged off. His customer service was perfect from start to finish, and I want to commend the manager—seriously, give this guy a raise!
Lastly, since this location is just a minute's walk from my place, I plan to be a regular customer. However, I want to make it clear: if I encounter any excuses from other employees about not giving me all the sauces I ask for, I won’t hesitate to leave a scathing, negative, harsh and down right diabolical review. But for now, I’m genuinely pleased. So, great job, Jagwinder—keep up the fantastic work. I hope the rest of the team and management follow your example in being as patient, kind, and helpful as...
Read moreI just wanted to post this here because I don't think it reflected accurately on the Skip app. I ordered a chicken sandwich and some cookies through the app with regular Italian bread. They didn't have any Italian bread so they upgraded me to herb and cheese for free and included an extra cookie and a note explaining the issue. It was honestly one of the best examples of customer service I've seen in years and I was touched with the effort put in.
Unfortunately, and I'm not happy to include this but it needs to be said, I am lactose intolerant so I ultimately received a sandwich that I couldn't eat and had to throw out and request a refund. In cases where food orders need to be changed I think that they will need to reach out to people to confirm these changes otherwise you risk invalidating the entire order.
I really do feel bad needing to point that out, I am being honest when I was really touched and impressed with the service provided and absolutely want to encourage they employees and management here to continue that level of effort and quality. For the effort alone I will absolutely order from here again and hope that this kind of issue won't crop up again in the future.
I mean this review more as reflection of their effort and potential then a critique of their products.
Please keep up the good work

Read moreI ordered 2 veggie patty subs online today. When I opened it after reaching home they were veggie delite instead. I called to talk about it and the lady on the other side first refused saying I ordered veggie delite. I asked her to first check my order and then she said we were out of stock for veggie patty hence she built veggie delite. I asked her why didn't she inform when my husband was there to pick up the order. I dont understand why they dont pay attention while building the order and then try to cover it up lame excuses. She offered me 1 foot long free sub on my next purchase while she ruined 2 subs today. It's not about the money or matching the price difference but about customer...
