Disappointed to say the least.

After ordering my pizza and waiting 45 minutes to pick it up I show up at the restaurant to find out they didn't receive my order. After being told multiple time that I probably order to the wrong location or its not their fault I just decide to re-order the pizza for delivery this time. After paying full price for my pizza and delivery I was told my pizza would be there in 45 minutes. After waiting over an hour I called back to hear that my pizza was just leaving. Finally after 2 hours of waiting from when I originally ordered the pizza comes a delivery person shows up asking for money... needless to say I was extremely disappointed.

Even though the pizza was overall pretty good, this customer service experience has been terrible and I will never be ordering from this...

In all honesty this pizza was disappointing. I loved square boys pizza for the last 25+years. This was my second experience at this location in the last 5 years. First time was good. This time however, utterly disappointed. Pizza was made with no care, sauce all over the crust, couldn't find my toppings. I hate writing negative reviews but this one is deserved. Utterly let down. I'll go to all the other places around before going back here. Just a huge lack of effort from the pizza maker, dough was chewy like it's been pulled 10 times and wasn't a fresh ball just pieces stuck together from other pizza cut offs.
