Not that this post will get the attention of the owner of this location but here's my long rant anyway. This review is for a so-called manager that I encountered in this location in Jan. 26, 2023. We arrived at the counter waiting for someone to get our order, we waited for about 2 mins (not the issue here). The so-called manager was by the door talking with someone but we are clearly in sight. She walked to the kitchen and did not acknowledge me and the kids. I waited patiently but as soon as another customer came by the line she walked past me and greeted the other customer and took her order. So I said wow we were first in line and decided to leave and take my business elsewhere. She did not make an effort to stop me . I went back to try and talk to a manager and make a complaint because I feel offended and the fact that we come here all the time and this was the first time we were treated this way. Only to find out that the same person was the manager. Instead of apologizing she tried to make all kinds of excuses but of course I work in sales too so I know not to make excuses when dealing with customers. Regardless, customers should be acknowledged,greeted and treated the same way. She even told me I should not be so sensitive about it. Really, so she meant to say, I should smile and give her kudos for poorly treating a customer. For me there are no excuses for this kind of customer service. Every customer that approached your counter should be greeted. Don't assume and think that they were already taken care of most especially if they clearly just arrived. Or maybe, instead of chit chatting with your co-workers stay focused so you don't have to think and assume about your customers. Or instead of telling your customers not to be sensitive then stop being insensitive about other people's feelings. Simply saying hello to your customers...

Asked the employee if it was possible to have a discount on my Beyond Meat Burger instead of a Mozza burger (from the coupon book) which probably wouldn't be possible but I asked if there was any way to get a discount because the person I am buying for is vegetarian and discount for vegetarian options doesn't exist. He gave me the side eyes and looked away. He never answered the question and just proceeded to tapping my order into the machine. I don't mind having to pay the full price which I should be doing, but the way he handled the problem was inapropriate. He didn't even try to find anything to help. I feel uncomfortable ordering there. When asked what I wanted to drink, I said " green tea" . He replied " we don't have that" and didn't bother suggestjng something else. At that moment, I no longer want to talk to him and just continued. He did not seem to get along with his co-workers too. I heard him ask the back if there was still chicken at the back and he was like " it's a simple yes or no question!". It might've been a bad day for him but his attitude was unrealistic. Never have I ever encountered such disrespectful A&W worker. At least he said "Have a nice day". The last time I went to this A& W, the lady was very nice. Read moreI don't even want to give a one star, Actually when I paid for my food with several other people beside me we all ordered our food together and the workers didn't want to listen to us they brought us cold sandwiches it took a very long time and when we said something to them one of the elderly workers with white hair and a ponytail, Told us we should open our own restaurant if we're not satisfied. I had asked for no bacon because I don't eat it and I watch them put it on my sandwich and when I asked them if they've just put bacon on the sandwich they said no and I watched her go to the back and take it off and they served me the same sandwich when I ate the sandwich it tasted like bacon. To be honest I was more upset of the lack of awareness and the fact that it didn't look like any of those workers wanted to work and all of them had been giving dirty looks they were not happy they did not show a good face.. It was the worst service in the entire mall , I will not recommend to anybody to go to this location you are going to meet better workers at any of the other places in the food court.
