Utterly disgusting food and horrible service!!!
I ordered a chicken breast kabab and got a HAIR in it. I informed the waitress and they took my plate away. They didn’t even apologize or hand me a new plate. However, when my friends went to pay, they charged us the full price for my dish as well. Upon reminding them about the hair, they told me that they would give me a $5 discount. I said that I was not going to pay for a food that I barely touched because of unsanitary conditions. The cook, WHO WAS NEITHER WEARING GLOVES NOR A HAIRNET, started arguing with me about how I should pay for my plate. They kept on saying that all of their 60 recent customers had no complaint. Well, how about maybe they did not get a hair in their food?? I insisted that there were no sanitary protocols in place and that I would not pay for something that I didn’t have because of their mistake. They even accused me of finishing most of the food and when I confronted the waitress who picked up my plate, they had no valid justification for their claim. In the end, they just went away in their kitchen without EVEN APOLOGIZING. Plus, mind you, the waitress was sweeping the floor RIGHT beneath our table WHILE my friends were eating!!
Overall, an extremely disgusting experience and I would 100% NOT recommend!!
Replying to you:
Hi,
I don’t know who did the investigation but I definitely did not finish 90%. More like 10% because I saw a hair lying AMIDST THE RICE before I could finish it all. Do check your facts before you accuse me. Unfortunately, ‘miraculously’ does not apply over here. None of us had short hair. You know who did? Your staff members, who wore nothing that looked close to a hairnet or gloves to me. So it was certainly not a miracle, more like an unpleasant surprise i would say. Plus, while you’re digging around, do look at your previous reviews. Seems like I’m not the only one who doesn’t enjoy the signature hair in their food.
Also, the only thing they did repeatedly, was to coerce me into paying. Didn’t sound like an apology to me. Btw, I was never even offered the free meal that you’re talking about. Better look into the matter again and inquire where your ‘free...

The restaurant has been renovated over the years. It is now called Ariana Kabob House. There are booths along the wall, the large windows which are meant to be opened during the summer time to create a patio like feel. I have to say, in their effort to be more modern, the cultural authenticity of the place which made it unique is not there.
Service: I believe this restaurant is now under new management. I could hear the other patrons in the restaurant complaining that the service was different. Here is the thing about this place. You go, pay for food and not ambiance or service. You find your own seat, once the food is ready, they will bring it over but that's the full extent as to the service. If you require anything else, you must get up and ask for it.
Food: They were out of some items on the menu. Chicken Tandoori, the portions were large and the chicken was flavorful. The chicken tandoori sandwich was equally tasty with exception to the fries which were basic. The beef kabob was tender and juicy. The rice was cook to perfect as well. We did have to request sauces on the side as it was a little dry.
Overall, the food is tasty, the...
