Booster Juice — Restaurant in Ottawa

I have been coming to this location for years, but today will be my last. I left the gym this morning made a stop at this location and ordered my usual drink with no ice. The person making my drink proceeds to try to explain why the drink is a quarter less from the top. The amount missing was significant. She says its because I asked for no ice. I proceeded to tell her that has never been an issue in the past at this location or any other location I visited. Drinks are ALWAYS served to the top with or with out ice. She didn't even realize that she served me last week and there was no issue. The worst part is she starts to explain that she will only fill it to the red line. I asked for my money back or she makes the drink according to my order. She proceeds to argue, claiming it is not fair to the owner, basically lecturing me about the policy in FRONT OF 3 OTHER CUSTOMERS!! She literally was trying to embarrasses me in front of them. To top it all off, I get my drink with chunks of mangos unblended sitting at the bottom. I understand that she is fairly new, but you really need to train your staff better than this because this type of behavior is...

I ordered a Spinach is on it smoothie for the first time from this store, I place the order through the app. My order came around 40 min after been place, when I got my order and tasted I noticed that the juice that supposed to be a smoothie was watery and not flavor at all. I contacted the store right away to confirm that my order was sent correct, I spoke to the person there that apparently was working by herself. She told me that my order was sent correct, even that the color on the juice that brown instead of green. I ask to spoke to a Manger, but she told me that wasn't there but if I provide my phone number the Manager will contact me in 15 min. 30 min after I didn't received a phone call and I was advise that Manager was working in another location. I loss my $17 paid for the smoothie, my lunch because I was doing a juice cleanse for the day that didn't ended well with this experience. Works customer services ever, never again Booster juice. Came in today around 2:00pm the girl at the register was clearly under the influence of drugs they were blasting music and laughing like crazy.. insulted me cause I couldn’t chose soemthing to drink instead of making suggestions they just said wow you can’t chose something yet? and started laughing more. Please the manager of this place don’t let people come into work under the influence if they can’t speak especially respectfully and properly to customers. I will NEVER BE RETURNING HERE. They lost a good customer. Please fire those two people, working there March 6th 2:00pmish. The front display of their booster balls and stuff looked stale. Such a turn off, those two are employees clearly are not cut out to work. Not a good look. I wish the manager would contact me. I would love to speak to them. About this incident with these two individuals but especially the girl on cash....
