I don’t usually give feedback but I can’t stop myself. This is the worst bubble tea i’ve ever had. I got one couple weeks ago and the pearls were not chewy at all and tasted like…dough?? idk the taste was very bad. the tea on the other hand was bitter (not because of sugar level but it tasted old or soapy) i decided to give it another go and order again, it is still bad. also i was not able to take more than 2-3 sips because the pearls get stuck to the straw oh! lets not forget the employee that has airpods in and that you have to wait for them to even acknowledge you to take your order. some manager has to do...

I live in Kanata, so before making the trip for boba tea, I tried calling several times to confirm if they were really open late, but no one answered. Despite that, I decided to come anyway, only to find the place open. However, the staff member on duty repeatedly told me they were closed, even though there were still 15 minutes left until 2 AM. My husband just picked up a couple of bubble teas for what was supposed to be an afternoon treat, and these are quite possibly the worst I’ve ever had. The tea flavour seems off and tastes somewhat like soap, pearls are not smooth and don’t taste great either, and the straw is too narrow for the pearls to slide through so they get stuck and you can’t sip on your tea.
