Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Ottawa

Pizzas were delivered in 50 minutes. The Issue is poor quality checking. Attached is the photos. The thin crust is supposed to be lightly done. It clearly been center topped, poorly cut, and not lightly done very cheap with cheeae. (Corporate would fail this pizza at quality check)

The worst part is I have to get another one sent out and as per the manager and owner Gabi they want the pizza back. Which is not a common practice with dominos policy. What is supposed to happen is the remake is to be sent out and the customer told to keep the mistake or throw it away.

Gabi you need to talk to your staff, cause if this happens again I will actually report it to Corporate with the pictures as well. I will be keeping the mistake and you can review the issues with the attached pictures.

I really should have read the reviews before placing my order. My pizza took over 60 minutes to be delivered, and what I received was a warm-ish pizza, and coupons that expire on December 29th to try and fix a lackluster pizza. I had to call back a second time to receive a free medium pizza on my account instead of being offered a full-refund which should have been the case. I honestly feel robbed because any other food establishment would have offered sincere apologies, and would have refunded the order, and offer freebie to retain business. They were lucky that pizza pizza website was down. Dominos usually makes good quality pizza. You failed to deliver on what this franchise brand...

Tonight I ordered a pizza online. Left when it says it was ready. Arrive it's not ready, waited 15 min to find out my pizza was dropped on the floor. Finally who I think was the manager offered me a free pizza. Worst part he was not even wearing a mask. Another employee had a mask under his chin. I get it, it sucks to wear a mask but you're working in the food industry. When I got home, one pizza was super greasy. The other was not but both are under cooked.
