Let’s just start this off by saying If I could give them zero stars for their service I would. This location has to have some of the most nonsensical, 0 common sense and flat out the most incompetent workers I’ve ever experienced. I don’t get take out let alone dessert take out very often and they just reinforced my reasoning as to why! God forbid I was confused on my order and them not having the right stuff for what my initial request was in the first place. I called and spoke of my disappointment with the quality of what I received “BROWNIE IS NOT GOOD HERE”. They told me not to worry and to come back and they would sort it out so I drove back from half way across the city based on principle alone and also to get my kids some dinner. It was like pulling teeth to get them to get my order right and without attitude… all I wanted was 2 cheese burgers plain with a little ketchup. Not sure whats so hard to understand here. Then I get to the window and they ask me if I want cheese on my cheese burger …. Then they fail to come good on their ability to remake a new SMALL blizzard for me that I sadly had to get rid of my first one as it tasted inedibly bad. Lara was nice and just doing her job. I then requested to speak to a manager when she said they couldn’t replace my small blizzard and that “customers are supposed to know what they are ordering “ cuz yknow confusion and mistakes don’t happen right ? So I speak to this guy and explain my dilemma very clearly too. He says we can’t refund but we can remake you a new blizzard I’m like perfect problem solved… not so fast. Another worker steps in saying I will not be refunded or exchanged a new blizzard and that I’m basically at a complete loss despite calling beforehand and being told over the phone that they will take care of it and remake and then from the “manager” at the window just to get overridden by some other staff??? Like obviously I was not speaking to a manager as requested. Unprofessional, Terrible Attitude and Customer Service and just straight up no sense or care for their customers. The fact that I got shafted after being told in person that my order will be remade is CRAZY WORK. You can’t make this up and sadly I was on the receiving end of their sad tasting food and poor service. The only positive person there was the guy who tried to make things right as he got overridden by incompetence. Save your time and your money and go to any other restaurant as this one is a total...

2020 review: Liquid Blizzards makes me sad

2021 EDIT: Rude service and mistakes in orders are recurring issues we experienced at the DQ on St-Joseph Blvd. We tolerated such service in the past and came back anyways because Blizzards and Chicken Strip baskets are delicious. However, this is changing.

Today, I clearly ordered 2 medium Blizzards with 2 chicken baskets. When I was told the price, I asked to confirm, slowly talking, if it was 2 chicken baskets with 2 medium Blizzard. They corrected the price. Waited 10-15 minutes at the window. Gave us our order with 1 blizzard missing. The young women was rude and totally unapologetic. Waited another 5-10 minutes. Both Blizzards we received were liquid and runny. Not the first time we experienced that kind of service or received liquid Blizzards.

However, the lack of safety measures regarding COVID-19 is concerning. Compared to other drive thrus we use, the measures in place were inadequate. The employee touched plastic spoons with her hands after touching the debit machine. We tried to use 2 different contactless methods to pay but we were told to insert card and enter PIN on the pad instead. For example, McDonalds and A&W hand the terminal to the customer with a pole instead of close contact. Their contactless payment methods works almost flawlessly and they do not touch plastic utensils before handing them...

Sept 2025; I was eating some DQ onion rings on my way home and I could feel my lips were having an allergic reaction to something. Could be the oil they fry it in isn’t clean but the feeling went away thank God! Also check your orders as they forgot my onion rings!! This place does make the best ice cream treats like a peanut buster parfait or the blizzards. Feb 2023: (update) Sadly I recently ordered a chocolate shake and it was like chocolate milk, a double burger that was actually cold and a meal that had barely any fries in the box. Previous: Every Peanut Parfait is on point and then some. The young man makes the best shakes, nice and thick so that when you get to the bottom it looks like some mini ice bergs 🤪💕🙏😂

Previous: Just had a triple fudge brownie desert and it was awesome! Unfortunately our French fries were stone cold :( my double cheeseburger was awesome, onion rings a little over cooked.
