Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Ottawa

I’ve avoided this for so long because it’s my local dominoes but I have to speak up. The employees here are either incompetent or just don’t care because the amount of mistakes made every time I order is ridiculous. If you order on the app, they falsify when things are delivered. They have gotten my pizza wrong each of the last three times, including tonight when I PICKED IT UP! You would think they would confirm before handing it to me that it was the right pizza but no, I get some bacon and sausage thing with no sauce instead of my pizza with sauce, sausage, onion and roasted red peppers. They definitely are very focused on chatting to each other rather than what they’re doing and it shows each time I order. If I was dominoes head quarters or the franchise owner I would want to start making sure my employees start paying more attention to what pizzas go out the door because if they’ve messed my order up the last 3 times, including giving me other people’s pizzas, that means their messing up other...

I used to go here and loved it but my last 2 pizza's have been absolutely abysmal excuses for pizza; lower in quality than the average high school cafeteria. My second to last pizza was ordered as "mushroom, onion and half pepperoni/ half olive" but instead of onion they loaded the entire pizza with pineapple (some under the cheese) They gave us a credit, but it tasted horrible and ruined our night. On our last visit, (today) the pizza looks squished, has no cheese on many areas of the pizza and is burnt/ hard on the crust and arrived cold. I don't know what changed but I am not receiving the same level of quality here as I did in the summer/autumn which is why I will be going with a different pizzeria and not...

So, I have been ordering pizza from this location for a while now and most of the time they are ok. The pizza arrives hot and the ingredients seem fresh. Tonight however, my pizza arrived cold. And the cheesy bread? Well it was burnt. I called and told the staff this and they said they would make a new one right away. I was happy about that until I waited for OVER AN hour to get (wait for it), cold and burnt cheesy bread. :( I don't know what it is. Maybe it's the location, the fact that it is freezing outside or maybe they were just super busy becaise it is a Saturday night. Regardless, For the amount that you pay including the tip, one would hope that your dinner was at the very least warm...
