Gabriel Pizza — Restaurant in Ottawa

Normally, I have no problem with Gabriel's Pizza on Richmond Road but on January 31, I do have a problem. I ordered a medium thin crust combination pizza. I felt that the order was expensive because what I got was not worth the $30 give or take, that I was charged. When the guy came to my door, I paid by debit, and I had to accept the $1.50 fee to pay by debit. No one told me of this, the girl who took my order, nor the guy who brought my order. So, I paid it not very happily, mind you. And then when I saw the pizza, I was even more disappointed. The crust was thin just like I asked for, yes, but the toppings were sparce. it looked more like I should been charged maybe $18, if that. I ordered the buy one get one free Senator's pizza with Uber. As a restaurant manager at a seriously busy restaurant I understand Uber does not accept modifications directly; customers are advised to call the restaurant. My mission was to have all of the pepperoni on my pizza and make my wife's pizza cheese only. Absolute fail. Called the Bell's Corner's number 3 times, and directed to a nice girl in the Philippines, yes, in Asia, who said I can't contact the restaurant directly and to talk to Uber. The same girl 3 times. I run a franchised restaurant, much busier than this one, and customers can call us directly, including situations like this. Gabriel Pizza used to be one of the best in Ottawa, but NOT anymore. I ordered 2 medium Pizzas last night from the Bells Corners location, the worst pizza I have ever eaten.The cheese on both Pizzaa didn't even have the right texture and color, it was kind of liquidy, even the smell was not like a regular Pizza smell. For over 15 years I used to order Gabriel's for my staff every month (2 X XLG pizzas), and I spent thousands of dollars on Pizza every year.
