Firstly I am loyal customer to pizza pizza for past 5 years and never had any issues, and love the taste and service.
The experience I had last Monday June 10th is very disappointing. I am visiting this store for past year never had any issues with quality specially. We were greeted well at cash counter and placed order.
The tables were not clean but still it’s okay as it’s busy place But quality of food is very important when it is being served . After we order the pizza and some sides initially there is no ketchup up at store that was fine we order dip to accompany it. Though pizza was served hot and fresh but after eating two slices I noticed there is hair in the pizza.
I went to the counter and notified the staff , after explaining the issue they didn’t even apologize for inconvenience what happened and with stubborn attitude there is guy who was asking so what you want a new pizza we can make , The least I expected is sorry but they were very unprofessional and asked what is size of hair and how big is it 😐. I wonder why they are not wearing hairnet according to food safety first place. And there is lady when I paid extra for the creamy garlic and felt sauce was not added she was mentioning without even checking receipt you need to pay extra for it . After a while they said we will make another one and worst part is they asked for pizza box of previous pizza and kept the new one and offered that to us it was moment I decide never come here next time.

That's not why it got a low rating though. I ordered from them recently, and I had an item missing. No problem, I just requested a refund. But nope, they don't refund items... odd, you took my money without giving me the item, I shouldn't have to pay for something you didn't give me. When I spoke to customer service and the specific stores supervisor. They were so dismissive and rude. They seem to not care if anything is wrong.
When they finally said they would send me another, I asked them to make sure the driver is not paying his own gas money for a second trip because someone else made a mistake. This was a missing item in a tied bag. The driver didn't leave it on the counter. The packaging was done wrong and he grabbed everything supplied. This was not a problem by the driver.
