This is the worst Pizza Pizza I've ever been to. On December 11th, I ordered a double pepperoni with extra cheese, the first time I ordered from this place in over 6 months. The pepperoni on the Pizza was maybe 1 piece per slice. The cheese was put on top to hide it which is not how Pizza Pizza usually makes a Pepperoni Pizza. I called and complained and they offered to remake my Pizza which I accepted. When we went into the store the manager was verbally abusive and said we are scamming him and we were costing him all sorts of money for his business. He said we do this to him all the time but... I had not ordered from this place in over 6 months. I called back to their corporate callcenter and was told a manager from that store or a district manager would call me back in a few days. They never did and today is December 24th.
I wasnt trying to scam the store, I just rightly wanted the extra toppings that I had paid for. The manager was clearly in the wrong. I expected to hear "I'm so sorry for the inconvenience, here's your replacement pizza." but instead got a verbal assault with other customers in earshot.
The pizza wasn't good, either of them. The manager is obviously cheap by his own remarks, and probably tells his employees to be cheap with the toppings too.
With so many other great pizza restaurants in the area, I recommend that you stay away from this store. Happy...

To preface, I am the father of two beautiful autistic children, and this is the only restaurant they liked at all. Since they were seven or eight, I have been taking them to the finest eateries money could buy you a meal in, funded by my earnings from the popular "Fort Night" video game. However, despite this, my children hated 'molecular gastronomy'. They refused to eat any food other than chicken tenders and Slim Jim brand pepperoni sausages. However, all my worries were alleivated when I bought my first pizza from Pizza Pizza at 300 Earl Grey Drive, Kanata. The instant Steve bit into his first slice, his eyes lit up with joy. Immediately, he devoured his slice and reached for more. Same with my daughter! It was wonderful. Just a week ago Steve was accepted to Brown University, cured of his autism, and I will eternally be grateful for the power of...
Read moreProbably the worst Pizza Pizza I have ever been to. 1 guy working doing 100 things (including working cash and making pizza at the same time, barf). The store sign has no working bulbs and the lightning is terrible inside (not enough pot lights, and inappropriately low wattage bulbs) so it doesn't even look like they are open at night. Maybe the lone employee keeps the lights off to slow customer flow? The ingredients on our 4 topping Pizza were laughably thin/small. It was almost impossible to eat because the toppings kept falling off because there wasn't enough cheese to hold them on. I ordered the inflation proof XL 4 topping special. The ingredients would have barely covered a medium Pizza, so much for a 'special'. Definitely a location where the owner cuts corners to save money instead of proving a quality product...
