Greek On Wheels — Restaurant in Ottawa

I would rate 20 stars if I could.There are not enough words in the English language to describe how amazing this establishment is. I work at an office not too far away (Morrison Dr), and we often try different restaurants on days where we have big meetings or in-office training. Greek On Wheels (Cobden) consistently outdoes themselves, exceeding all expectations on take out food (they are now the only restaurant we order from). The food is AMAZING. It is delivered quickly, and is hot and fresh and absolutely delicious. Every point of customer service is AMAZING from the man who answers the phone, to the man who delivers the food (there are two that I have met, both amazing). The man on the phone (I must start asking names) is so patient with me when I have big orders, often with substitutions or special requests, and everything is delivered accurately, labelled properly, and always on time - one time he delivered the food to us himself because their drivers were so busy and he didn’t want us to have to wait. They even call me back on occasion to follow up and double check that we are satisfied. They really take care of us, and go above and beyond any other restaurant I have been to. I loved their food and ordered on a regular basis. But i had a very belligerent driver bring my food a few days ago. He was rude he threaten me. My building is confusing so i try to give delivery people the best way to find my unit. this guy wouldn't listen and insisted i go where he wanted which is not close to my unit and after 3 tries and a lot of verbal abuse from this guy he finally found my place. But when i called the manager he blamed me and dismissed my claim . The driver did not feel threaten when i said i would complain because he knew nothing would happen to him he is family after all.

I am compelled to write a review about his place in the hopes that the owners will read it and make some adjustments. I just ordered on uber eats a souvlaki plate for lunch with extra chicken for the low price of $45. While the presentation is good, and there was good intent in putting this together, there is a mind boggling astronomical amount of salt! It's inedible! The meat, the rice, the tatziki dressing are doused in salt! And it's not the first time. Not sure why?? Probably not the freshest ingredients, but I just threw all my money down the drain.
