Extremely upset at their food quality and service. We had their beef and chicken wraps couple times before which was quite good. We used to eat there every time we visit IkEA. And even advertised to many friends. We liked this branch over the st laurent one. They used to load up on meat.Unfortunately, this time their service and food both were UNACCEPTABLE. we ordered 5 beef roti wraps and 1 chicken wrap on this Sept 16, 2022 friday. We ordered over the phone directly to the store 45 minutes before our arrival and yet we had to wait 10 more minutes to pick up the food when we arrived at 3.50pm. & Believe it or not there was hardly any beef (probably 3/4 tiny pieces) in the beef wrap, not evn vegetables; it was "all ROTI TINY BIT OF FILLING". worst of all I bought it for camping to dine with our friends. Everyone was shocked at the quality and the quantity of meat or the lack of it. We even opened up the entire wrap to check to what's in their. Still we could barely find a tiny piece of beef. Appalled at their business practice. I understand that they increased the pricing for inflation and their store renovation, but to reduce the meat to 1/3 or less felt absolute CHATING to me. I...

This restaurant is really 11/10. The food is absolutely amazing and the portion sizes are huge. The rice is always good and fresh and the chicken just falls off of the bone. If you get a mix plate all the meat is so flavourful and delicious. Not to mention their sambusa is amazing as well, the meat and onions are so good and the outside is always super crispy. They have so many options to choose from so anyone could try.

The staff is also fantastic, nice and gracious people for sure. Probably some of the nicest people i've met and they honestly deserve the world. They're the definitions of hospitality and generosity. I'll be coming back here 4L. Definitely recommend.

They also recently had renovations done so you can sit and eat there as well. It may be tucked away but this restaurant is definitely quite the hidden gem. If you like spice and everything nice, I would definitely recommend...

Blown away by the quality of their food and amazing customer service. We tried Shifa for the first time and I can't remember a time where I was so excited about each bite. This will definitely be our go to take out spot from now on.

We ordered the Rice& Lamb, Rice& Chicken, a beef Chipati wrap and side Chipatis. We also got to try their beef samosas(because of their outstanding customer service). The lamb and chicken were cooked perfectly and the rice was well seasoned. Everyone should try their beef samosas- they are the best I have ever had! Honestly, everything was delicious, and there was so much food! I wish I took a photo of the meal so I could share it, but everything smelled so good and I was unable to stop eating it!
