I visited Harvey's Kanata last week and was picking up a milkshake as part of my order. The lid on the milkshake was not properly attached, and when it was handed to me through the drive thru, the milkshake spilled all over myself, as well as the interior and exterior of my vehicle.
Instead of apologizing, the team member working started yelling at the other staff members trying to determine who prepared the drink.
I was given a wet rag that appeared dirty and did not properly clean my vehicle or my damaged clothing. When I asked the team member if they knew what was in the drink or if they knew of any special instructions to clean the remaining mess/prevent stains, they said they didn't know and shut the drive thru window in my face.
I did attempt to call the store and discuss this matter multiple times and received no response. I also contacted Harvey's Head Office who said they would have a member of the leadership team reach out to me, and I have not received a response. I was informed that it may take 1-2 days for a call back, and it has now been a week with no updates.
While accidents do happen, I am very unhappy with how the situation was responded to. The complete lack of care shown, and the inability to have my concerns addressed, has been extremely disappointing.
I would appreciate if a member of the Harvey's team can please contact me as soon as possible. Even after deep cleaning, my steering wheel still has milkshake stuck in the cracks which prevents the buttons from...

First there were two kids walking around behind the counter doing basically nothing and made me wait almost 10 minutes before serving me! Our food was finally ready and The teen that was putting the toppings on the hamburger was half way through fixing one of the burger and took a leisurely stroll to the back to get pickles, then stood talking to another staff member while he took the wrap off the container, then took the empty container out, moved what pickles were left to another station's container; then put the empty container on the counter in the back! I finally asked him to finish fixing the hamburger before it got cold! The burger was siting half dressed for at least 5 min! "Oh sorry!" Was what I got! Then when I finally got to the table I realized I had two onion rings and one fry! I ordered 2 fries and 1 onion ring! When I went back up with them the remark was "well that's what you ordered!" I said no, and repeated what I ordered and the response was " well I can't be responsible if the person who took your order got it wrong"!!!!! I said fine, just give me what I ordered please! I was to,d that’s what I ordered! Another staff came up and apologized and said they would fix it. So then I had to wait for them to make fries snd they took the rings I had ordered away! Read moreI’m not one to write negative reviews since I’ve been a manager in a fast food restaurant for 5 years. But last week I came here, got a bacon cheeseburger. No bacon came on it. I brushed it off, mistakes happen. But I was still hungry and the burger was delicious, so I went through a second time. I politely let the order taker know that my last burger didn’t have any bacon on it even though that’s what I ordered and paid for. At this point I didn’t want a free burger or refund, but just wanted to remind them to make sure it’s on there.
Well. Sure enough, it wasn’t. I took one bite and realized so went through a THIRD time. I was still polite, but this time asked for a replacement that was made correctly.
I got to the window, and the gentleman at the window was helpful and polite, but the girl working was practically yelling “I PUT BACON ON THAT.” Well no, actually you didn’t. I offered to give the burger back for “proof” and was denied.
