Harvey's — Restaurant in Ottawa

Not Sure...What went on This evening...but right from The Start of Order.... using a Regular Coupon...for Getting Double Veggie Burger and side Salad....which I have done at SAME LOCATION on ELGIN STREET ... The OWNER... who was very aggressive with His Staff..... Seemed LIKE Everything the 3 Ladies Did...was off and He was then Agressive with ME for items being to much on My Burger.... I am not the one putting on the Items!!!! The employees as I say plurial as in middle of making Burger ... The employee had to replace Cashiere as there was issues with new clients order which followed me.... and then as I am trying to finish my order THE OWNER ... Grey's on Me and says HE WON'T ALLOW ME TO USE COUPON ANYMORE!!!! And I politely say Excuse Me??? if there is to much on Burger I am Happy To Pay More and offer and ask Cashiere to charge me $2.00 more... and I go to cash and waved off as to not worry about it.... SO I move on...and now made so uncomfortable by the OWNERS Treatment of His Staff... I sit furthest away from cash and order area near front windows on stool...eat my order and then option comes up to post comment..and well...here I and we are... Now it's almost closing time and the doors are locked at 9:45 pm...and close is 10 PM? And I have know Owner for well over 15 Years...and HE does not take TIME to come over and apologize for His Treatment of His Staff and To Me whom is blown away from this negative Treatment from a to z.... I want Harvey's Head Office to get in touch with me directly and posting this so they do... I will follow up ...and see what comes of this comment... And thank Staff for their keeping their cool....as WE all put in very uncomfortable positions!!! ( note not 10 PM and 3 people tried to open door to order and door was...

This location is by far THE BEST. There have been times iv had 10 minutes for a break and these guys managed to whip a meal out in under 4 minutes. Everytime we order online or go in to order, the food is on point and hot. When I ask for extra Tzatkiki, they dont disappoint. Orders have been read properly and even check the notes. A few nights ago I noticed they were open to 11pm( I work till late most evenings, to 11pm) and the dude on the phone was more than happy to wait to for me to come get the food I placed an order for on the app before locking the doors. Everyone is friendly and the food is always hot and delicious. Store is always clean and I trust the food is made in a clean...

This has to be the best fast food place I've tried in as long as I can remember! The food was great and the service was even better. Our cashier was so sweet and friendly, and she truly made the experience wholesome and positive. I typically go to fast fast restaurants with the expectation of poor service and mediocre food but Harvey's surely raised the bar. I had heard about their quality exceeding the standard, which I can now confirm.

For someone who loves spicy, the ghost pepper sauce hit the spot! Their shakes are also great - the strawberry and chocolate are a blast from the past! As a vegetarian, their veggie burger and poutine did not disappoint either! Overall...
