Jimmy The Greek — Restaurant in Ottawa

I went to the rideau centre to grab a bite to eat 25 minutes before I had to go on a bus to toronto. I’ve never been here and there were so many options, but I chose Jimmy the greek because I love it in toronto. I got in line which was about 10 minutes and I told them Id like a pork souvlaki dinner to go, they started making my plate immediately starting with the salad and when my plate got passed along to the next station they let me know that there was no pork and that I had to choose something else. I asked if there was anything for the same price and they just kept saying “we can give you chicken” so I said “for the same price?” and they couldnt answer me. Then a man who worked there came over and said “I dont have pork what do you want, and I said Ill take the chicken if its for the same price” and then he started YELLING AT ME! “its obviously not the same price! do you want it or not. Pork will be ready in 10-20 mins” and I said “you guys didnt tell me there was no pork Ive been waiting, I have a bus to catch to toronto. Ill take the chicken if its for the same price” and he yelled “you dont want it, okay fine, and tossed my container”. Overall really disappointed and terrible...

EVERY single time I go there...There is an Asian girl with bright red lipstick who is rude as hell. And she rushes me and today she forgot potatoes and dumped so much rice on my food I'm just upset. I'm rushed through the line even when there is no one behind me and urged to pay before I see my food done. This is getting increasingly upsetting. I'm now currently trying to call this establishment and no one answers. And no voicemail space. Fantastic. Please tell your workers this is not acceptable. I paid for a poorly put together meal today.

UPDATE: I just got a hold of the manager or owner. I'm not too sure, but he has apologized sincerely and and we spoke about the incident. I am very happy with the response as it wasent textbook or quickly put together. I'm changing my rating back to a 5 star because I do enjoy going here and most of the employees are awesome .I have to get the name of the lady who always makes my...

First: I a have eaten Jimmy in multiple locations across Ottawa. This location NEEDS NEW STAFF for closing. Wondering why all the other places had people, and this one didn't at the beginning. Not now. They short change the customers. To the point that the dig around for the smallest potatoes, chicken, basically everything. All the big pieces are in the back near the glass. Most of my time being served was the middle girl digging for the smallest of everything. They must be allowed to take the food home. I'm very disappointed. I also didn't get a receipt. They rather talk to their friend Patrick than to the customers. Insult to injury the food was terrible, cold and old. Nothing like the pictures online. See how small the portion of the rice is. Didn't eat...
