Read moreAs I’m sitting here currently waiting for my food I just needed to complain about the customer service we just got and not only us but two other customers. We show up at the establishment today at 9:57AM and had an employee walk up and roll her eyes at us and say they weren’t open. My family and I thought it was rude but decided to leave and think of what else time to eat. I decided to look up the hours and it showed they opened at 10AM. We thought again it was kinda rude she didn’t even mention it would be open in a couple minutes. We get back for 10:05AM and waited in line with other customers. By 10:11AM someone in the back yelled at us they weren’t open yet. Customers behind us and even my family questioned him that it was 10:11AM and they were suppose to be open. He proceeded to walk away from us and say “well I said we aren’t opens yet” the same cashier from before decided to come back and look like she was going to serve us then walks away so all customers in line got mad. (It was a woman of color) A person in the reception office, a woman with particularly rude and unpleasant behaviour, spoke to me in a disrespectful manner, without valid reason. I also saw that she was addressing some delivery men even more scornfully. This lack of respect is shocking, especially since it is supposed to represent your institution to the public. Several other people seem to share this same observation, which makes me alert you, because this type of attitude seriously affects the image of your restaurant.
