Shanghai 360 — Restaurant in Ottawa

Shanghai 360 brings great shame to the Chinese community. They served me and my great friend food that was so unfresh we estimate it to be straight from the Qing Dynasty. I ordered noodles with Honey Garlic chicken, which was dry & very lacking in chicken, it might as well have been an egg. As well as the coconut shrimp, which tasted of no coconut - only shrimp. General Tao is rolling in his grave at the sight of this. It was a struggle to finish the food, especially for my friend who ordered the rice that was stale, rotten to the core and bland. He couldn’t even save it’s pathetic life when he got home and added some soy sauce to it and tried to reheat it. And don’t get me started on the customer service when I asked about the options and was told unpleasantly to just choose. I will not be returning and will invest my precious dollars into another Chinese...

Hey well went there and git something fir myself and my family. My son and wife shared her meal and I had mine. We had pretty much sane thing other than the BBQ pork. Well that pork gave my wife and son food poisoning. It's the typical BBQ pork and we'll I can also show you my wife and son throwing up constant and MORE after they ate them so at the moment, -1 star. And I wish I can get my money back but we all know that will never happen. Don't think they're the best even tho they're in rideau. Shanghai 360. It was really bad. I got the combo that came with a main dish of noddle or rice and two other choices. I dicided to get noodles and general Tao chicken and sweet and sour chicken. I was feelin’ the chicken that day. Anyways, it didn’t really look right at first and when I got it, It was so dry. There was three prices of ok chicken and the rest was almost unbreakable, dry, old deep fried breading. I don’t know how. But they managed to make large chunks of breading with no chiken what so ever and hard enough to chip a tooth.
