I ordered an avocado drink, mango dessert, and Dubai crepe. Upon receiving my order, the crepe box was placed upside down in the bag, causing the crepe to be ruined and not edible. This was not the fault of the delivery person. Furthermore, no cutlery or straw was included with the order. Despite being at a hotel eagerly anticipating the drinks and desserts, I had no means to eat them.
I wanted to contact the establishment to inform them of the situation, but there is no phone number provided on Google Maps! Why is there no phone number available? The entire experience was extremely disappointing, especially considering it cost me around $50.
Please address this issue and consider adding a phone number to your Richmond location so that customers can easily reach out for assistance.
Update: 1- you did not respond to the phone number issue. So do you plan to add a phone number? If so when? 2- don't you really add even a straw if the customer does not choose cutlery? I understand for a fork and knife but who carries straw in their house? You should at least add a straw. This shouldn't be an extra. 3- You mentioned email us as every other store. This post is public. Please let me know from here what you mean by making up? Waiting for...
Read moreI visited this café yesterday morning to buy a coffee. According to the menu board, most coffee prices ranged between \
5 to \\
7. I asked if they had a mocha, and they said yes, so I ordered one. However, before they even issued the receipt (which would show the price), they began making the coffee. Once the mocha was ready, they handed me the receipt — and I was shocked to see I was charged \$12.35 for a single medium mocha.I paid, but afterward, I questioned whether it might be a mistake. When I asked the staff, they confirmed that this was indeed the correct price. I checked the menu again and saw that a full waffle with toppings was listed at \$14, which made the pricing even more unreasonable.
I told them again — it doesn't make sense that a medium mocha is nearly the same price as a full meal, and that this isn't fair pricing. I even said I no longer wanted the mocha and asked for a refund so I could purchase a latte instead, but they refused.
Honestly, I left very dissatisfied. I've been to some of the most expensive cafés in town, and even there, I've never paid this much for a mocha. This kind of pricing is simply...
Read moreUpdate to my review: Dave's been fantastic! Generous, funny, thoughtful and always with a smile and with great sense if humour that makes the atmosphere warm and inviting!
Old review, which is still 100% valid. It's rare to find a place that consistently provides excellent service and great quality. Juice Dudez on Richmond is on that short list. It's unfortunate that I haven't taken pictures of their beautiful presentation whether it's a cocktail cup, a crêpe, or a hot chocolate. What made me write this review is that, yesterday, I was craving something and instead of the gentleman saying that they don't have it and that's it, he offered me something else that quenched my craving. He even took an extra second to make it look pretty for me. The first gesture was already heartwarming but the added touch further elevated the experience. This is why we go out to eat or drink. Not only because we don't want to make it at home but also because we want those lovely experiences and little pleasures. Thank you 🙏 All the best with the new...
