I stopped in first for the convenience of this McDonald's store… As it is located in a gas station… Don't let that fool you! The staff is above par!!!, they treat every customer like they're a friend. The Monday to Friday staff are very good at their jobs! Best coffee makers ever !!! Now I know there's a lot of!'s in here but I wanna make my point very clear. Do any coffee drinker out there, we know how important it is to get it right especially in the morning… They stirred the coffee before they put the cream in!! I've never had sugar at the bottom of my coffee at the end of my drink… I've also never experience grounds in my coffee from this store…!…! All the staff are friendly Monday to Friday, I make it a point to go there rather than any other breakfast restaurant… They pay attention to their customers So much so that I don't even need to give my order now!! The manager is great and the regular staff are awesome if you have a chance I suggest you come check out the store. You'll be pleasantly surprised at the prompt fast service and the food is always hot and ready. I give high recommendation to the manager, this lady really knows her stuff! All the staff reflect this in their mannerisms and professionalism each and every time I've gone into the store, which is why I am a repeat customer. However the weekend staff leave a little bit to be desired… If you get the weekend manager take him with a grain of salt… He's not very friendly and the rest of his stuff they don't smile too much… It almost feels like you're bugging them when placing your order. Read moreHORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE AND LACK OF RESPECT FOR FOOD AND HEALTH REGULATIONS....No one greeted us at the drive-thru until we called out several times asking for service. We then drove up to a dirty drive-thru window which makes me question the cleanliness of this establishment. We were then ignored by 4 young McDonalds servers while they were occupied with their conversation. We had enough time to park and gas up while they were still enjoying their private conversation. Finally after being ignored again until eventually paying and receiving my order, I returned to the car to find everything poorly wrapped exposing my ordered food to the unclean surfaces and other people’s hands (the state of which I am unaware as they had seem to be touching several other things and body parts without being washed before touching the food and being jammed into a bag - this goes against several health violations according to OHIP). In addition to this, because of the way the food was carelessly man-handled into the bag destroyed the hash browns. There were also no other options other than juice boxes for a beverage.
This establishment should have a senior staff member present as to ensure that staff members are actually completing their job admirably while respecting their clientele and the health and safety laws in accordance with the Ontario food safety...

I was a customer of this location daily throughout the summer..The South Asian manager is, at best, dismissive but often hostile and confrontational but always rude.. The young black woman who has really long fingernails and wears the same grey hoody every day Behaves as though my business is an irrigation. She mumbled and gets irritated when you ask her to repeat herself. The attitude in her tone comes through the speaker loud and clear. The reason I gave this location 2 stars is because of an employee their whose would stand out in even a functional workplace. Shaniqua recognizes my voice, Knows what I want but goes through the customer service script anyway without negativity. (A laborious but important and necessary evil for an employee to maintain.) She is friendly and courteous with only a hint of irony appropriate to our level of aquaintance. She occasionally casts apologetic looks for her co-workers behaviours. It is apparent to me, some random guy, that a change at the top is necessary. The very poor attitude of those in charge has shaped the culture and collective attitude of this location and most of its employees. The norm is bad attitude...
