The older lady with very short brown hair, and glasses who works the drive thru at the 2nd window in the morning, was extremely rude! We had a coupon for a breakfast meal. We asked can you please keep off the egg of the McMuffin, (I get sick if I eat their egg,) we get to the window, she hands back the coupon making zero eye contact we can’t use this for a sandwich. My dad and i were confused. She said, something about the system and said you have to take off the egg yourself. We couldn’t understand why she couldn’t scan the coupon and just make it without egg. When we told her this, she got very aggressive, started to talk to us like we were 5 years old. She told us she isn’t a mind reader. We just told her we didn’t want egg on the McMuffin, there’s nothing to mind read. She seemed very incompetent. We still owed her 50 cents but she was riled up so much we hadn’t had the chance to hand her the money. She shuts the window I could hear her complaining saying,”he still owes me 50 cents. We were of course getting frustrated due to the lack of common sense she was having and hearing her talk behind our backs, and told her can u take the coupon and just take off the egg. She refused the coupon. The worst was we said okay okay, we just won’t use the coupon we got to get to work. Our order took about ten minutes from the time we ordered to prepare; the food was prepared in about three minutes, however they forgot iced coffees - which took another 7 minutes for them to prepare, even after politely reminding them that we are still waiting.
By the time we received the iced coffees, our food was cold - fine, was willing to accept it and leave it at that - but we quickly realized that the burgers were wrong after we opened them, with various different random condiments splattered all over the burgers. In addition to that, the iced coffees were more like sweetened iced water.
At this point, I was pretty unhappy with the wait to even get the full order and sit down just to find out that everything was pretty terribly made. So I did what anyone else would do, went up to the counter and asked them to remake everything that was wrong about the order - burgers, iced coffees, etc. It was pretty funny hearing the front-manager tell the guys in the back that the burgers were made incorrectly, and the guys in the back began laughing. It is pretty funny having to spend $20 to receive shoddy prepared food and service, I totally agree - /s

I would like to file a formal complaint regarding an unacceptable experience I had at your location.
I placed a mobile order for just one ice cream and went to pick it up on foot. When I approached the window, a manager—a short man with long hair and dark skin, wearing no name badge—rudely told me I had to go through the drive-thru, despite me explaining that I didn’t have a car. Instead of helping me or offering an alternative, he closed the window in my face while smiling, which I found extremely disrespectful and humiliating.
To get my order, I had to ask a DoorDash driver to let me ride with him through the drive-thru. I finally received my ice cream, but the same manager refused to give me napkins, saying “napkins are expensive” and that they don’t give them with ice cream. This is not only unprofessional, it’s ridiculous—does he think McDonald’s is his personal business?
When I asked him for his name to report his behavior, he refused and was not wearing any identification badge. His attitude was immature and completely unfit for someone representing such a globally respected brand.
