Been lied to and for will never return to this place.

About 1 month ago I order 2 pizzas, 1 with vegan cheese and the other with regular cheese. When I got back home I noticed they reversed the order and put the wrong cheese on the wrong pizza. Being lactose intolerant and not being able to have cheese it’s something I can just say ‘’ok I will eat this anyway’’. So I called as soon as I got home to explain the situation. The gentlemen that picked up (the one that’s always there) said, ‘’ok, next time you order I will have a free pizza for you’’. Since I didn’t wanted to go back out that night I accepted that unfortunately. I say unfortunately because this week when I called back, this was not honoured and the ONLY thing that same gentlemen was willing to do is not charge me for the vegan cheese upgrade. In true honesty I almost lost my cool here and should’ve simply left the pizzas on the counter. I was insulted.

After being lied to by a business and not being able to honour your words and not step up to fix your mistake by replacing replacing with a free pizza as you said, I will bring my hard earned money somewhere use.

Also, 2 medium pizzas for $60.00 ? Seriously, that’s taking advantage of people.

11/20/18 UPDATE: AHHHH I forgot my last experience so I ordered again tonight because I am a sucker... as usual delivery came incomplete (without dips)- both the driver and I called the store to get them and it took over 30 minutes to arrive after they promised over the phone “I would definitely order from them again”- lol nope (unless I forget again next year haha)

Shockingly bad experience tonight- I have always, ALWAYS sworn by milanos (hunt club location specifically). I always order the special with pizza, wings, and deep fried cheese curds, and I always tip in advance and tip well. Tonight they completely messed up the order, ruined the entire meal (didn't deliver cheese curds, clearly never made them as they came much later after dinner was already eaten- needless to say they went to waste). The worst part is the store was completely unapologetic when I called and said that online orders are handled through a different system... left me on hold for a long time as well and then were very curt asking me for obscure details on the bill. Needless to say I will NEVER order from Milanos again. So...

Ordered a large 3 topping pizza- asked for it to be well done and thick crust as I always do/ pick it up to find it was the cheapest made pizza/ literally 2 pepperoni pieces on each slice with 4 ground beef balls and 2 hot peppers per slice for over 30$, had my wife bring the pizza back for a new one or a refund as that’s unacceptable for the price being paid- the person over the counter then called the owner after arguing saying he wasn’t making a new one nor giving a refund and after my wife told him she isn’t leaving until one or the other happens he the owner right away said give the lady her refund- he then hung up the phone “slammed it down” to then sit there and tell my wife that she’s a liar and she’s even lucky he’s giving the refund because if it wasn’t for his boss saying so she wouldn’t be getting a refund and then looked at her and called her a liar saying she’s never been in the store to order food and that she can get out of the store and to never come back again. Most I can say is this is by far the worst place of business and they should learn how to talk to females especially after their boss tells them to refund the lady. Pathetic customer service...
