What sets Ali apart is his unwavering commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. No matter how late or busy it gets, he always goes the extra mile to make sure customers are satisfied. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and hardworking, and it truly makes a difference in the overall experience at Milano.
The quality of the food at this location is exceptional. The pizzas are consistently fresh, flavorful, and made with top-quality ingredients. Ali has a remarkable touch when it comes to making the pizza – it’s clear he’s been doing this for a while and takes great pride in his craft. The crust is perfectly baked, the toppings are always fresh, and each slice is a delight. Whether you’re in the mood for something classic or you want to try a unique combination, Milano Pizza never disappoints.
I also appreciate how much attention is paid to the cleanliness and overall atmosphere of the restaurant. Read moreUnless you enjoy being ripped off I wouldn't order from here. I ordered two large 3 topping pizza's from Milano's thinking I was getting the "2-pizza deal" for $30.99 but when it arrived the total came to over $50. They had charged for each pizza individually rather than as part of the deal. When I called back so they could fix it they said it was my fault because I had not specifically said the word "deal" while placing the order. The person I spoke to was very aggressive and insisted I had to pay $50+ for the pizza's. I informed them I was not going to pay almost double the price and when they refused to compromise I sent the pizza's back. After that they sent the driver back to my house so they could call and once again insist I pay $50+ for the pizza's. Throughout the entire phone call every time I tried to speak the guy would just talk over me. It was bizarre. I've never received such bad service. I was more than willing to pay regular price for the pizza's but they refused to fix it. I have a feeling they've probably done this before and gotten away with it. I was so hungry I nearly gave in just so I could eat. In the end I sent the pizza's back again and ordered from Gabriel's. The guy at Gabriel's was actually helpful enough to point out deals I didn't even know about while I placed my order. I don't know what the problem is with the people...
Read moreOMG they threatened to call the police on my husband because he complained about the food!!!! Absolutely disgusting food & service. Just ordered pizza, wings, donair & poutine. The pizza was ok. Poutine was uncooked fries and oh, they put about 2 grams of cheese on it. The donair was cold & the wings were just grosse. In all honesty I ordered from the wrong Milano's by Accident. I usually order from the Baxter road location which has A1 quality food. When I called to complain and speak with Manager, the lady taking the order said, I am the Manager. So obviously not true. We never do this but decided to return the food. He berated us for returning the food. Refused to return any of our money. In all honesty I felt bad for his wife... we were trying to talk to him calmly, he was freaking out flinging his arm in the air and screaming at his wife to phone the police. Call the police for what? because we complained about his food! that's ridiculous! I was extremely calm. He accused us of coming into his store intoxicated, which that part just made me laugh because really? I had not had a thing to drink but a pathetic try on his part. I worked in the restaurant industry for many, many years. The customer is always right, well that is not the opinion of the owner of the Milano's location on Woodfield dr. Please don't make the same...
