Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Ottawa

I’ve ordered twice on uber eats now from this location and twice I’ve been disappointed for the price I pay and get next to nothing in my burrito bowl, it’s very upsetting..I don’t expect to have a huge amount but what I got wasn’t worth it and definitely not tasty. The citrus slaw isn’t citrus slaw it’s dry and plain the mango slaw tasted fishy and got 3 tiny pieces, the veggie fajita was 3 tiny soggy peppers and the pickled onions weren’t even pickled, don’t even get me started with the rest. All and all the whole thing was bland, dry, fishy and not a great portion size! Not impressed!!! Do better! The owner/manager should be checking on this making sure everything is up to par keeping up with quality checks clearly the staff is lazy and don’t do their job. Will never ever order from here ever again let alone visit. Mucho burrito at train yards does a better job! HIGHLY DON’T RECOMMEND...

I ordered Uber eats and my Quesadilla was very burnt, stale tasting, and no cheese. The salsa was spoiled with a rotting tomato smell/taste. They messed up my order by including a sour cream instead of only salsa. All my previous experience with mucho burrito has peen positive until now. Stay away from this location. This was a waste of money and food, as it was inedible and had to be thrown out.

I always order from here on uber eats and like their deals. However recently, these bowls I’ve been getting have nothing in them. The shape of the bowl changed and it really does feel like less god overall fits vs what I used to get in the old round ones. Tonight was my deciding factor to not order anymore.
