On June 28, 2019, my family ordered 2 Specials, which included 2 pizzas and orders of wings along with 8 canned drinks. Once delivered we noticed that half the drinks were missing. Not wanting to wait to have them delivered, we carried on with eating and found the food to be fantastic. We were able to sub the missing drinks. I sent an email later that night relating my experience and asking if I could pick up the missing drinks the next day. I received a reply from the owners - Rebecca & Surar the same night expressing their apologies and inviting me to come by to pick up my missing drinks. They also offered a discount on my next order. I attended the next day and decided to get an order of wings for lunch along with picking up the drinks owing. I was shocked when the Manager at the time, Surar's brother, advised that Surar advised that the wing order was complimentary and I still had my discount for the future. Although I had not sought anything, this reinforced the fact that not only was the food excellent, but the customer service and respect was well above...

OK to be fair this place has changed hands a few times since the pandemic started. Their pizza used to be quite famous in the area for their $10 large pepperoni pizza pickup only, now their $10 pepperoni is $16 and very different pizza from what we used to have, the toppings are sparse, the cheese not very plentiful the crust is like a skinny crust pizza with no border. I conversed with the owner about the prices of everything increasing and he complained about inflation and ingredients costing more. I don’t mind paying a bit more because of the hard time businesses are having but I don’t expect to get less for my money at least make the pizza the same as it was. My rating will change if the pizza goes back to the way it was, I don’t want to be harsh with this rating but it just was not very good for the price. I can make pizza in my bread maker that’s 10 times better than this so I won’t be ordering...
