NOT HONEST! Ordered via Uber a couple months ago and had a horrible experience and the powder didnât dissolve and created a sludge at the bottom whilst super watery on top (I ordered two large taro bubble milk tea) at the time Uber wasnât allowed to give refunds and told us to contact the company and location directly to issue a refund. I called and they said they couldnât issue back a refund through Uber but what they could do is offer to make a replacement with no time limit to collect. They said they would keep my name, number and order next to the register. After I had driven to the location the woman working the cash asked for the information and said she couldnât find our names. Then the manager comes over sensing a problem him name was Vic and said he through out the paper. We said we understood but still wanted our drinks since that wasnât our fault he put our names in the trash and then he walked away mid conversation without a word. We waited for a response from him for a few minutes and he ignored us we finally had to call him out to help us further. After we told him that we want the situation fixed because he threw out the paper without calling or anything first and he was the manager he brushed us off and sent us on our way without remedying anything.    Read moreI am regular a customer of Presotea Kingston. At least in last couple years I have had more than 50 Mango slush. First time I was at this location and ordered 2 large Mango slush. There were hardly couple mango chunks and lots of ice chunks in the large drink. This is not what we usually get. I informed them and they said this what it comes with. Nobody bothered to even listen to me or apologized. I requested them refund and one of the co-worker said they cannot do it. Luckily, other co-worker was kind enough to make a new one but I think she just put the same drink in the mixer and brought that back.
I went there 10 minutes before closing. I can understand the closing rush, as I have worked in a food restaurant for 6 years. But this not how your customer should be...
   Read moreThis afternoon I ordered my drink as usual however after my payment I realized that the prices have risen from a grand total which Iâm not used to but still fine with. I understand that I should simply not consume from Presto if I donât agree with the prices- such as $10 for a single drink however my issue is that the prices listed in the store are not the same ones listen on the payment machine. I take this as fraud as multiple costumers are deceived from what theyâre paying while theyâre trusting the restaurant to be honest. For this reason, I will not recommend my various family and friends this place anymore which we often come to.
