Response: Checked the camera for what? Me picking up a bubble tea and walking out? It should then convince you that your customer service is poor. I assure you I will not be coming back and will not be recommending to others for future possible business to the shop.
Response to Mmgt: First of all, if you want to respond to my concern you need not give me a speech/ PR rant about what Ritual is or why it is great. The situation has nothing to do with the app. The situation has to do with customer service. I understand why she asked for my name, no confusion there. I am not mad she asked for my name. I am angry that was the only thing she did. “At least we handed your drink to your hands”!? What was the alternative? Throwing it to my face? Nothing to rave about courteous behaviour there. As for high demand, it was after 2 in the afternoon and I was the only customer in the store… It was poor service, it received a bad review, own it and accept it. If you really cared, you may have even offered to make up for the situation. Giving me excuses and trying to argue with what I am saying is actually making me more angry about how you run your business. You say it's impossible to please everyone. I am not difficult to please. I bring my business to a store, I expect to be greeted. Simple. I was in happy spirits and ready to have a friendly exchange. Disgraceful language!? Pardon me!? I did not say anything in fact all I said was my name. What should I change my "rude vocabulary" to to describe the RUDE treatment I received? What would be less offensive to you for me to describe how they were acting? Unkind? Rude? Sure, reject my comment, I will change my comment to rude associates. Is that better? Rolling my eyes. If you’re going to respond with a review in full on defense mode and/or not offer to make up for the situation, just don’t bother responding at all.
Original Review: Was in a great mood before walking in but the poor customer service experience just ruined it for me. Ordered my drink on the app, walked in in high spirits. Without even a hello or greeting of any kind, associate asks me what my name is. I told her. She hands me the drink while looking at a screen without saying a word of thank you/ see you again/have a nice day/goodbye, NOTHING. I was so upset in the moment I couldn't even bring myself to mention her poor attitude at the time. As a customer, a simple hello and acknowledgement goes a long way, and doesn't cost the business a penny! Just felt like 3 catty associates laughing and having a grand time behind the counter and not caring about the customer whatsoever. Not a way to bring a customer back. Read moreI’m a regular customer here and often visit with my family . Last week, I ordered five drinks, but two of them were mistakenly made without sugar. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize this until I got home and had to manually add sugar myself.
Today, I returned to order two large Panda Milk Teas. I noticed that one cup had significantly more black pearls than the other. I politely brought it to the staff’s attention, expecting a simple fix by adding a few more pearls to balance the drinks. To my surprise, the staff member instead took a spoon, removed pearls from the fuller cup, and returned them to the general serving container. That was so rude and my mouth was opened in shock !

He told the staff /cashier who took the order, but she looked at the receipt and said “NO, you ordered a regular”. She made a mistake taking the order and that somehow validates the fact that he is wrong... While I was waiting for my order, another person asked whether the drink she chose contains milk because she has dairy intolerance, the staff member did not know, did not really care to find out, and was openly annoyed! I asked for a mango green tea without sugar but got it with sugar! Either the staff did not know that their mango green tea mix comes with sugar by default or made a mistake preparing my drink.
