Ok this is my new go-to spot for AMAZING chicken burger and PERFECT fries and poutine in Orleans!! I 1000% recommend it! I went there this evening with my husband and daughter, the staff there were so so kind, the lady who served us was super sweet, the menu had a lot of options and lots of vegan options too, the service was excellent and fast, the atmosphere and interior was super nice and cozy, and they played really good music too, and now food part: simply DELICIOUS! The fries were perfect, crispy on the outside, soft in the inside, I also ordered the mushroom melt poutine and it was sooo good, the teriyaki mushroom/sweet sauce combined with the gravy and topped of with some coleslaw was super tasty and this is my new favorite place for when I’ll be craving a poutine! My husband took the nashville crispy chicken burger, he said it’s one of the best chicken burger he’s tried in Ottawa, he loved the sauce and coleslaw in the burger, and we’re usually picky with chicken but it was perfect chicken breast, I had a bite and it was absolutely delicious, you can tell they care about the quality of their products, and that’s why it’s my new favorite spot! Also the super nice service really makes me want to come back (and I also want to try all the other items on the menu including their shakes!!) so yeah I definitely recommend it! They have high chair available and there’s lots of parking space, and lots of food options for...
Read morewent it to order takeout and use the washroom, the worker told me I can’t use the washroom literally an hour 15 minutes before closing which I stated is illegal: “operating a restaurant without a bathroom for customers, particularly a sit-down dining establishment, is likely illegal under public health regulations. While businesses are not typically required to provide bathrooms for the general public, they are legally obligated to provide facilities for their customers. Here's why: Public Health Regulations: Many jurisdictions have regulations that require businesses, especially those offering services like dining, to provide restrooms for customers. Occupational Health and Safety: In Canada, the Occupational Health and Safety Regulations require employers to provide toilet facilities for employees, and separate facilities if both sexes are employed. In Ottawa, structural requirements for food businesses include provisions for washrooms.” I then double checked with the worker if she’s aware of this and simply said yea and was careless, very unprofessional especially because I’ve been a weekly customer...
Read moreFriendly staff. The decor is good. They make good use of the little space that they have. Good menu, not too confusing but a lot of variety.
I got the Philly cheesesteak so here we go. I thought it was going to be on a traditional brioche bun that you would use for a sub, instead it comes on a hamburger brioche bun, but it wasn’t a problem at all. The steak was sliced super thin (perfectly). They put an entire cow’s shoulder in there. The steak was seasoned by God himself. Cheese was good, the right amount. The amount of sauce was great did not overpower the cow’s flavour. I could tell it lived a happy life.
The little kid who sat in front of me loved her grilled cheese. They also have multiple options for iced tea enjoyers👍.
