The Prep Kitchen — Restaurant in Ottawa

OK, I'm not one to jump at an unknown, but when I learned about the Prep Kitchen I thought I'd give it a try. I was intrigued by their Chef's Choice package, which took ALL the guesswork out of ordering.

Each meal is substantial. Great quality, all the essentials of protein (fish, chicken and beef) cooked in a variety of ways, veggies and a starch. Outstanding value. I couldn't wait to try the spaghetti and meatballs and was surprised to find real, meaty spaghetti sauce with the meatballs. Everything looks so appetizing. Now I know, I'm not wasting any more time in my kitchen when these meals are so tasty and so well prepared.

Convenience and taste - who could ask for anything more!

My (aging) parents were having us over for Thanksgiving dinner, and I didn't want them having to deal with preapring a meal. After considering buying all the ingredients and cooking it myself, I relaized there was just no time to pull it off, not to mention the cost. So I tried the Prep Kitchen for the first time, and WOW! The menu claims it can feed 4-6 people. We were 6 people, and had leftovers for days. The meal was perfect, tender white and dark meat, stuffing, veg, cranberries, potatoes and even a pecan pie. Great food that the whole family enjoyed, even the picky eaters. I'm back ordering a few meals today and remembered to write this review. Trust me, these guys are knocking it out of the park, you will not be disappointed! Truly...

We hired The Prep Kitchen to cater a baby shower and were completely satisfied with the experience! The baby shower was 20 people and we ordered the Sweet Thai Chili meatballs (Lrg), Spring Rolls (Lrg), and the Roasted Garlic and Beet hummus with naan bread (Lrg). It was more than enough to feed our group and very reasonable priced. We received so many compliments on the food - it was absolutely delicious! The food was delivered to our venue on time and the delivery person was very professional and helped us to set the food up on our tables. I would definitely recommend The Prep Kitchen to anyone looking to have an event catered and will absolutely use them again...
