Second Cup Café — Restaurant in Ottawa

Cannot believe the prices at this place. I visited the Westgate mall location and was horrified when I asked for a bottle of water and they asked for approx. $2.50! So instead, I asked if they had juices, and if so, what kind? She had absolutely no idea if they had juices or juice like drinks. I was asking the staff as I did not have my glasses with me and could not see well. So I ended up leaving drinkless...LOL But I returned the following day glasses in ✋, because I just couldn't believe that a staff member who works somewhere, would not know anything about the products he/she sells. Not only does second cup sell juice, (many different varieties) but they also sell smoothies and other juice-type refreshments! The prices are not for everyone, as they are quite high, and the service leaves MUCH to be desired here at the Westgate mall location. I...

I was in this location on Saturday January 14. I waited in line. Three mall employees walked in AFTER me. The woman and man working behind the counter greeted these three people immediately. Then when the customer at the cash was done they skipped right over me and went to their mall friends. I was not greeted or even acknowledged in any way. I will NEVER be back to this location again and I STRONGLY suggest that no one else spend their hard earned money here. If I could give zero stars I would

Christmas sea sons spirit is not available at this location Showed up at 10 to 6 on Sunday for hot chocolate and I was told in no uncertain terms that it was not possible and that they were closing when I pointed out that they were still open I was told that no they were closing and that was that In addition when I complain they told me I should I should call the owner I can do one better than that I strongly advise that people go somewhere else for hot chocolate there are many other better locations of this one or even better go to Starbucks just...
