If I could put negative stars I would, I was really hungry and was craving basil fried rice, I love Thai express, anytime I go there the man gets my order and he’s really nice but the lady firstly was rushing me, I told her what I wanted and she was screaming at me if I was sure of what I wanted and she then told me to point at the screen and pick a number, at this point everyone was staring at me in the food court and I was under the pressure to pick a number, I picked the one closest to my order in the description, when I got my order it wasn’t what I wanted at all, I spent close to $30 on this and when I asked her to please help me fix it, she started screaming at me and shouting that she can’t and that she asked me what I wanted 5 times, btw she was on her phone and got mad because I told her it’s not what I wanted, a passerby had to calm her down then she said she’ll fix it, when I got it back again, it was the exact same food with just oil in it to change the Color, no seasoning at all. I have come here twice and both times were terrible. I was giving it a shot that the first time was just a bad day. The food was not cooked. The noodles were hard, there was no taste at all.
