I ordered a permanent white chocolate mocha with whip topping this morning and a short blonde barista gave me my drink and handed me off a small straw for my venti drink which was impossible to use for the cup size since it drowned inside I asked her if they had the larger straw size she rolled her eyes at me and said no we’re out, I asked one of her collegues and the colleague immediately got one for from the back. I turned to the barista with the large straw in my hand and she was shooting daggers at me with her gaze. I asked to speak to her supervisor or manager she told me she is the supervisor on duty and started a huge argument over the straw. Anyway I’m very disappointed with the customer service and will never be visiting this location again! I truly hope someone in charge is monitoring these comments and hire people who are friendly and kind rather than rude and problematic for no reason. She was a true...
Read moreFour staff working at 2:10 on may 6th. I ordered a refresher for the first time, was told “we can make it, but we don’t have the pieces” which I wasn’t quite sure what that meant, it being my first. So I proceeded with the order only to be very disappointed to find out I was basically getting mango lemonade “ two different premade juices mixed with ice” for 8 dollars.

I’ve worked fast food before I have patience but this was very poor service, especially since while I waited I listened to the girls behind the counter trash their coworker who chose to go on break. It was a very unpleasant experience, and I won’t be back to this location for...
Read moreI first tried Starbucks coffee in Kazakhstan, in Almaty – my homeland. When I came to Canada, I tried other coffee shops, but my choice remained Starbucks. However, sometimes it really depends on the barista – even a cappuccino can be ruined if it’s too weak and lacks richness.
I read that Starbucks uses specialized equipment, and I find it hard to imagine how anyone could make bad coffee with such great technology. But recently, I found the exact taste I was looking for again. This coffee shop is located at Train Yards, and the barista named Turner makes truly amazing coffee, especially cappuccino. After drinking it, I literally break into a sweat, and it reminds me of my homeland. Thank you, Turner, and also to the humble girl with a lovely smile at the cash register! You both do an excellent job. Wishing you...
